We had a lovely stay, amazing staff, restaurant was very nice. We had good lunches and dinner. Breakfast service was good too. All food without onion garlic available. Good beds and room size too. Rajkumar, Chef Pandey, Mukesh, Nikki, Payal as well looked after us.

Cygnett is a very nice place to stay. The service staff is very courteous and helpful. We had a great time as a family. Special mention to Nikki who was very pleasant and helpful. Food was great. If you are looking for a no frills but functionally complete hotel. Go for it. You will not regret for sure. Their travel desk and in room dining service is exceptional for sure.

Lovely , elegant place with lovely dining ,best taste ,Restaurant design, interior, swimming pool , open air restaurant Service of mr.ankit and staff was excellent . 👌 Dining at Cygnett was an exceptional experience, elevated by the impeccable service from Mr. Ankit. His warm, welcoming demeanor set the tone for the evening. With an encyclopedic knowledge of the menu, he guided us through our choices, recommending dishes that were nothing short of divine. His attention to detail and genuine passion for hospitality were evident in every interaction. Ankit's timing was perfect, ensuring our glasses were never empty and our needs were met with grace. He transformed a meal into a memorable celebration. Cygnett is fortunate to have such a gem on their team.

Very good a**osphere. Restaurant staffs are very cooperative. The check in process is very smooth, breakfast was very good, paniyaram, carrot idli, Upma. Thanks to Rajkumar ji, Sandeep, Joydeep,ankit ***n ,Pyle for take care us. Recommend to again visit.

This is very good hotel, and also staff,. Joydeep, Sandeep, take us in breakfast, dinner was very good, all hotel staff very humble. Rajkumar take all time. Front desk staff very humble. We are enjoying Ram ***dir, and other places. Thankyou and visit again.

Very nice experience.Good food and friendly staff especially Payal. Would highly recommend to everyone. Great experience 😃. Visited with family and friends, and was treated very well. The pizza was amazing and. Worth your try. The Indian food was also amazing.

Staff members were good and amenities are also very good. Rooms were clean and well maintained. We will visit again, and will recommend friends and family to visit here also. Restaurant has good food. Very tasty and staff are very friendly.

Ayodhya is yet to get the best of hotels. There is a Park Inn by Radisson but thats about it. Cygnett hotel is decent but the pricing appears to be a bit too high. The rooms are spacious but most rooms have no windows, giving a slightly claustrophobic feeling. The room was clean although the wooden floor was a bit greasy when walked upon barefoot. The power trips intermittently but comes back on in a few seconds. The breakfast buffet was reasonably extensive but the quality of the food is average. The staff are decent and try thero best but this is not a 5 star property and hence do not expect that level of service. Overall, it is a decent property but the current pricing is exhorbitant. Probably its due to high de***d and fewer hotels. Would not recommend at current price at around 9k per night. Its probably a decent option at half that price.

Best stay in Ayodhya with very good ambience food and rooms want to come back again it's a 5star from me want to come with my whole family and stay for 3days the food was very tasty and all the staff were very friendly washroom are very neat and clean
