First let me say that the lady working the overnight shift at the Front Desk was outstanding. But she was the only thing outstanding at this hotel. My flight was delayed necessitating a late check-in so I called the hotel to make arrangements. The person that answered the phone was rather flippant, didn't ask who I was and seemed bothered that I called. The room which was street level had ants and on my last day there was a roach. It took several requests to rectify the ant problem. The roach was on my last day so I just notified the front desk. Earlier when I went to the Front Desk the aforementioned gentlemen came from behind the desk while still chewing his lunch, didn't greet me but stared down at the desk computer screen. I had to tell him I wasn't checking in as he was silent so far. I told him about the bug problem and my previous two trips to the Front Desk and all he could say is that the bug spray was not toxic so I shouldn't have any worries. Obviously, he was already familiar with the hotel's bug problem.
