While the hotel was nice, we were not well informed at check in about the added costs. Then at check out we were over billed.

Loved the decor and ambience of the room. It exceeded our expectations for size and comfort as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was secure and easy . We particularly appreciated the good lighting in the room. It was a wonderful stay. We highly recommended and we would return for a future visit.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and clean.

Location was excellent in fells point and across the street from family. The hotel was very quiet area and excellent customer service. Room was beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast and coffee was a plus I will stay again, again

First let me say that the lady working the overnight shift at the Front Desk was outstanding. But she was the only thing outstanding at this hotel. My flight was delayed necessitating a late check-in so I called the hotel to make arrangements. The person that answered the phone was rather flippant, didn't ask who I was and seemed bothered that I called. The room which was street level had ants and on my last day there was a roach. It took several requests to rectify the ant problem. The roach was on my last day so I just notified the front desk. Earlier when I went to the Front Desk the aforementioned gentlemen came from behind the desk while still chewing his lunch, didn't greet me but stared down at the desk computer screen. I had to tell him I wasn't checking in as he was silent so far. I told him about the bug problem and my previous two trips to the Front Desk and all he could say is that the bug spray was not toxic so I shouldn't have any worries. Obviously, he was already familiar with the hotel's bug problem.

Needs to be renovated. Everything is old and worn. Coffee was cold. Parking access is less than ideal.

Rooms need better doors to block out hallway light. Hard to sleep for someone who likes the room dark. I’ve stayed twice in different rooms and it was the same. Need a better way of guest accessing parking lot. Wait times was annoying for someone to open the gate

Everything was pretty good. No upgrade when I know it was available. Breakfast isn’t much. Room nice and clean. Easy to park. Will try again when back in Baltimore.

Very nice slightly older hotel with quality furniture in the spacious room. Peaceful harbor view.
