worst hotel ever. pool dirty , bath room dirt . mosquito infested. ac turns off itself n never been serviced so not cold. would stay here even free. truly horrible. customer ask me to ask agent for refund but it says non refundable not replying to msg staff totally unhelpful. could sleep at all toral nightmares

For me overall is good. Location nice. Villa comfortable. Clean. And all the staff are good and very helpful. specially for me, this villa is affordable price. Me and my wife are very enjoyed to stay with this villa. thank you .

Thank you for The Kanjeng Suite & Villa Seminyak for prepared my honeymoon with well. I stay 7 nights in this villa and I enjoyed. All the staff are friendly and helpful. New Renovation villa. Good Job.

Do not book with these Villas or this company. The Villas and Suites are in very, very poor condition. The furniture was dirty and worn out. The bathrooms were disgusting with mould and filthy shower screen. The gardens were full of peeling paint and overgrown. The kitchen was not hygienic and there is no way I would cook food in it. No refund offered just an argument to contact the call centre. This company should not be able to advertise on reputable booking platforms.

This place is definitely NOT 4 star. It is 1 star at most. The photos they use must be 20 years old. The whole venue is in major disrepair. In my room, the celing fan didn't work, timbers were rotting, the furniture was falling apart and dirty, there was still rubbish from a previous guest in the room, no toilet paper, dirty and not full pool, the doors that were supposed to open onto the pool were bolted shut with blocks of wood, there were ants....and the list goes on. I left in 1 hour as I couldn't stay there and they are refusing to refund me my full stay, despite the local manager admitting the issues with the place. Don't stay here.

It been 5 nights at the kanjeng villa seminyak, near sunset road and I’ll stay 12 nights in here.all the staff from security, reception, all the staff very nice since the day i arrived they give me a very warm welcome and provide me the room like i request near the pool.i book delax room near the pool, the staff Henny she’s so kind, they always clean my room,my room very clean and nice,This villa actually very nice, i saw alot bad review,its not like what they said just the prob is the grab car taxy can't pick up from this area,but the motor bike grab gojek can come in and pick me up. I can order food by grab and gojek,this area near the center of seminyak, you can go arround with motor bike Taxy.Just this villa need proper maintenance from the owner, very nice villa but lack of maintenance, it’s not look new, but clean and comfortable. Air condition, water is work very well, they hve warm and cold water for shower, bathroom and closet is ok. If book Delax room bring your own hair dryer cause they don’t provide hair dryer at the delax room, but you can kindly request to the staff and they are happy to bring it in your room. So far I have good experience. The staff make this place like a home, the owner choose the right kind polite and very hospitality staff

19th march arrival this hotel found it in very terrible condition LIZARD ROAMING NEAR POOL and room, AC not effective, MOSS in Water , Washroom stinking they have shown more rooms but in all rooms AC was not effective and MOSS in water appreas to be non maintained property. I dont advise any one to use this property, they dont refund any thing if guest face any issue they are happy to let guest go.

Contrate este hotel en Bali x LOGITRAVEL dentro de un paquete vacacional. No llegue a alojarme, después de ver 3 habitaciónes diferentes. Quiero empezar diciendo que ya camino del hotel era un camino desértico y sin luz sin asfaltar y sin salida dentro de la zona dé Seminyak, parecía un motel de carretera donde las parejas van a pasar unas horas, muy sucio, sin toalla, sin papel higiénico, bichos correteando x el suelo,paredes. En recepción los vichos correteaban encima del mostrador , en los sillones se pegaban los brazos de la suciedad y el asiento no se veía el color x las manchas. No quiero pensar en el comedor ya que tenia el almuerzo incluido.tuve que llamar un taxi para que me llevara a otro hotel, y perder el dinero que pague x esté.simplemente avisar para que en un futuro no cometan el mismo error.
