아시야나 칸디다사 리조트(Ashyana Candidasa Beach Resort)

이것은 호텔의 절대적인 장점입니다. 시간이 멈춘 채 중요하지 않았던 오래된 발리를 추억하는 평화롭고 고요한 곳입니다. 내가 만난 직원 중 가장 친절하고 가장 기쁘게 해주고 싶어하는 직원은 아마도 어디에서나... 이것이 시사하는 바가 있습니다. 천장이 높은 코티지 스타일의 객실입니다. 밖에는 파도가 치는군요. 오래된 수영장, 하지만 누가 정말 신경쓰나요? 구내 유능한 레스토랑. 정말 훌륭해요. 큰 공이 있어요. 당신은 그것을 좋아할 것입니다!

우리는 여기에 식사하러 들렀는데 정말 기뻤습니다! 해변이 내려다보이는 아름답고 개방적인 레스토랑입니다. 환상적인 음식, 아름답고 세심한 직원. 나는 국수, 생강, 꿀을 곁들인 새우 요리를 먹었고 정말 맛있었습니다. 기본 화이트 와인도 똑같이 맛있고 너무 저렴했어요! 강력 추천

전반적으로 매우 정확합니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 세심함 매우 편안한 숙박. 객실은 많은 녹지로 둘러싸여 있지만 모기는 없습니다.

이 호텔을 설명할 수 있는 유일한 방법은 목가적이라는 것입니다! 위치는 훌륭합니다. 바다 바로 옆에는 전용 해변과 매우 특별한 전망을 감상하며 해변에 부딪히는 파도 소리를 들으며 식사를 할 수 있는 아름다운 레스토랑이 있습니다! 직원들은 모두 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었으며 서비스는 일반적으로 일류였습니다! 나는 꼭 다시 여기에 머물 것이다!

We visited the resort with a G-adventure group in mid May 2023 and had very nice experience with the whole resort and staff working there. The last day of the stay my husband got sick and needed a medical attention so we stayed additional several days and joined our group later. The staff of the resort and their restaurant was very, very supportive and kind. Anything we needed during those 3-4 days was available. My husband recovered and we could continue our trip in Indonesia. Their help for organizing our transfer to Gillie was highly appreciated. This was our favourite place we stayed at during our family holiday in Bali. All the staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome and they couldnt of done more for us. Beautiful views out to sea from the restaruant and bungalows.

I hate to write negative reviews. It's not how i want to remember my vacation, but i am compelled to share. This was our last stay on a G Adventures tour and we were looking forward to our stay at Ashyana Candidasa Beach Resort. The rooms looked lovely on the website and they claimed to have air-conditioning! However, the room we got was NOT the one on the website and our air-conditioner was broken. Hotel staff came to "fix" it but after an hour the room was still quite warm and the unit was blowing room temperature air. When we went to the front desk to ask if there was another room we could move to, the gentleman at the desk very rudely told us no and that we would have to wait a few hours for the room to cool. We had a pretty miserable night and the room did not feel comfortable until around 7am. The thing that bothered me the most was how rude and aggressive the manager(?) was. I was not rude to him. The Balinese people had been lovely and welcoming up to that point and we didn't want that to be our last experience in Bali, so we checked out the next morning and found other accommodations. Some Pros (because i don't want this to be totally negative): They make lovely towel animals. I didn't have to wait the full 7 minutes they say it will take for warm water in the shower. And, I didn't have to wait long for the breakfast I ordered the night before. However, i never got the juice i ordered.

What a little gem this is!, I have travelled with a group around Bali and lombok. Some of the hotels I have stayed in are still catching up on customer service, but not this one. They are totally up to speed… or even ahead ! the customer service was superb!, from welcome drinks, being shown to the room, shown all the facilities and feeling very looked after from the moment I walked in! Staff know the customer names, plates come with your names on it and the food was excellent. The food is so well presented, everywhere is so clean and tidy and the staff are so attentive . I would come back here in a heartbeat!, please congratulate all of the staff working here for all of their superb efforts! It was the best customer service that I experienced in my whole two weeks of travelling and the hotel, its grounds are beautiful, all kept superbly clean and tidy. Regards Kim .

From the warm welcome to being waved goodbye by staff, this place is all about the service (and beautiful beachfront location too!). They addressed us by name and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Shining example of great service. Room was clean, has AC/fan and mini bar fridge. The lower mark for eco friendliness was due to some of the garbage on the beach and pier - but the staff went out to do a clean up on our last day there. I highly recommend Ashyana and would absolutely return again.
