나투라 리조트 & 스파(Natura Villa Ubud Bali)

If you’re are staying in Ubud you have to try natura villa as the rooms and service is amazing they also upgraded our room to balcony and the rooms are right in the jungle, they have a very good breakfast with infinity pool. The staff here is very very helpful and sweet.

Our overall experience in the Natura villa was good. However, it could have been better with better breakfast. They don’t have much options at all for the breakfast. When we pay premium price for the accommodation then they should give us buffet all you can eat breakfast with great quality food in it.

Durante los días que hemos estado alojados en el Natura Villa nos hemos sentido súper acogidos por todos sus trabajadores. Intentan ayudarte y hacer de tu estancia algo increíble, los recepcionistas, las chicas del restaurante e incluso los conductores. Sobre la villa, nosotros estuvimos en una villa con piscina privada y las vistas son espectaculares. Puedes ver en todo momento la selva e incluso llegamos a ver monos. Es una villa increíble con todo muy bien cuidado, aire acondicionado, agua mineral todos los días, etc. estás en medio de la naturaleza y sus sonidos resultan muy relajantes. Los desayunos son abundantes, no te quedas con hambre y la comida del restaurante está muy buena. Venir al Natura Villa ha sido una gran decisión. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

The people at Natura made our stay just incredible. Wayan answered every question, and he was so generous as he took us on a full day trip all over the island. Thanks to Wayan and Nina we were able to gain an understanding of the culture and customs of the Balinese people, we felt it a privilege to attend one of their oldest Temples and to have Wayan explain in detail exactly what was taking place. A huge Thank You to Wayan number two and all the staff down at the restaurant who made our Birthday celebrations so special by organizing a "Romantic Dinner" by the pool. The description of the resort by Booking was not correct, indeed completely false in relation to the luxury spa overlooking the river and the 2 swimming pools, one of which with spring water. I chose this resort not only for the location but above all for the spa treatments overlooking the river and instead I discovered that everything was out of order! obviously no one from the resort informed me of this upon my arrival. i found the resort in very bad condition of maintenance. Bathrooms with detached tiles, walls with dirty walls and detached paint, electrical outlets detached from the wall at the limit of safety, malfunctioning showers, doors and windows that could not close due to swollen wood, broken bathroom mirror, and more!! In short, everything I never expected to find. I have documented everything with photographs and I will also post them on Tripdvisor to avoid other tourists having the surprise I had. I ask Booking not for explanations, but for the full refund of my stay for having ruined not only my 3 days in Ubud but also because after 30 years of traveling around the world, I have never encountered such a situation full of multiple inefficiencies and of falsehood. How do you mislead your customers? this is unacceptable!

Excellent staff and service! Priceless experience with beautiful connection with the people here. They really care about our needs. They provided a different breakfast after a week. Gave us an upgrade when there where a couple little things not smooth with our villa. We stayed much longer then planned therefore. The nature is vivid green. And the location is peaceful and quiet. We are really grateful to be in good hands!

Such a lovely place, so so quiet, and still super close to Ubud and some beautiful waterfalls! It’s the perfect spot for a quiet jungle getaway! The staff was so kind and we had the best massages!! It was honestly such a wholesome trip! I definitely recommend it🥰

Stayed for 5 nights for our honeymoon. Great place with excellent views of the jungle/valley. The staff were very helpful with arranging transport and recommending places to eat etc. I have nothing more to say but tripadvisor requires a minimum of 200 characters for reviews so here is done more text.

I took a solo trip to unwind here recently, after months of doing very long work hours. I can confidently say I will DEFINITELY be returning. Natura is set in the rainforest with stunning views from the room. The wonderful sounds of all the little gekkos and bugs doing their thing outside was so relaxing as well. It truly felt like you were immersed in nature. I booked a room with a private plunge pool, which was so nice to have - I took a dip every day and lounged around outside reading (and napping on the bale!). One day I had a team of monkeys visit the outdoor area (with one hanging around on the tree right above my head), which I just watched and giggled at for ages. The outdoor bath and shower were absolutely DEVINE and got used every day! The staff working at the resort are absolutely lovely and said hi to me every time I left, came back, or passed the restaurant. Anything I needed, they accommodated right away. I thought this resort was very reasonably priced for all the space, comfort and privacy you get (even if it did have a couple minor areas for improvement - which I thought were very minor!) My only comments about the room and facilities are that there is a little bit of maintenance needed (however, I don't think the place is overpriced for these minor areas of improvement needed). The tiles around the plunge pool were a bit rickety, there were a couple little leaks in the thatched roof when it rained (just over the bathroom area). The hairdryer in my room was broken (but they replaced it immediately). Again, pretty minor but I thought there was a lack of towels (just two large towels, a face wash and a hand towel). I would recommend that they offer large pool towels in addition so you don't need to sweat on your bath towels when you're lounging next to the plunge pool. However they brought me extra towels whenever I needed them, so not a huge issue. Also the restaurant was quite quiet and limited in its offerings - particularly for vegetarians. That was easily solved though as it was so simple to book a scooter (on the Grab app) to bring you the short ride into Ubud, where vegetarian meals abound! I can't wait for my next trip back here - and I've already told my friends they're coming with me next time hehe. 😎
