준중안 스위트(Junjungan Suite)

From where do i begin.. i have never had such a worst experience ever anywhere, till date.... They call themselves a 3 star hotel... Its not even worth a 1 star... To begin with, we weren't provided with the same exact room as booked.. and mind you the whole entire amount was taken during booking, even before We could see the property.. and it was non refundable to be very specific.. They have charged us for everything... We weren't provided with water bottles everyday, whereas any hotel will provide water bottles. No intercom, no dustbin, no kettle.. The room and its furniture is filled with ANTS, TERMITES & LIZARDS. They never changed our bedsheets and towels everyday, they were changed only upon request.. since the ants and termites had become a pain for us... The bedsheets were dirty pale yellow, towels were dirty and stained, there was a carpet in the room, i dont think they have ever cleaned that up, because we never saw them cleaning.. Breakfast was inclusive, but the breakfast was not hygienic.. it was cold.. with ants roaming around on the food. And the breakfast only had 4 things.. Indonesian noodles, fried rice, sausages and pancakes... When we asked them to give us eggs, since we don't have fried rice and noodles for breakfast.. They tell us they will charge us extra for eggs... We even faced "eve teasing" and also that we see the hotel manager keeping the bathroom door open and peeing right there near the entrance of the hotel... To top all this off... While our checkout, we decided to confront the manager and give him our feed back... But unfortunately the manager dint seem to take the criticism well.. He was constantly charging up on us... The receptionist without our permission was taking a video of the conversation... upon confrontation we asked her to show us the video... she charged up on my sister and hit my sister on her face with her phone saying "see i dont have the video" ( i have a video of this)... When i jumped into the situation after i saw the manager charging upon my sister again... He holds my hand and hits me on my hand.. (mind you i have a mark on my hand). And also i have a video of that.. I dont think anybody wants to get themselves hit.. I wouldn't advice anyone to go to this hotel... Never ever

From where do i start, i wish there was a minus 1 rating. The biggest problem is that they take full payment in advance & claim to be fully booked which is absolutely incorrect. To start with, the room shown to us on *********** was completely different from what we were forced to stay in. We were with a 1yr old kid they forced us to stay on the first floor suite. As soon as we entered the sheets were pale yellow, the smell of the whole room was awful. Bathroom i dont know from where to even start, the lights are so dim and shady. If u try to speak to the manager or the lady manager they are extremely rude and arrogant and their response to anything is “This is how it is”. Well they are rated a 3 star hotel on *********** on what basis i don’t understand. Coming back to the rooms and service, the rooms have red ants and termites in the furniture, we all had alot of bites on our body thank to their staff who did nothing about it when we complained about it. Housekeep is very poor, the bedsheets were changed only 1s in 4days that too upon request. The towels were stained. While booking, it clearly mentions that there is a free shuttle to the market, we were charge for each trip. We also experienced eve teasing by one of the male staff, every time after 8pm we would come to our room. The owner would not shut his room door and just near the reception is where he stays and he would stand and pee there. Its pathetic and ridiculous behavior. Breakfast was so bad, only 4 options, unhygienic and unhealthy, unfit for multi culture people. Its sad we were forced to pay the whole amount for such a bad services. There are better option around the area please same your money.

Splendido resort immerso nei palmeti e nelle risaie, personale gentilissimo e moltissimi servizi a cui accedere come la spa (consigliatissima) il noleggio scooter o il transfer da e per l'aeroporto. La camera è bella e molto ampia, il bagno è funzionale. La vista dal terrazzo è splendida così come la piscina. Bellissimo, noi vorremo tantissimo tornarci!

Не знаю, что здесь было, но сейчас сюда ездить нельзя. Вид из половины коттеджей на стройку, а не на «рисовые поля». Пыльные балдахины над кроватями, половина лампочек в номере не горят, с горячей водой проблемы, и последнее, но самое важное - невозможно спать, потому что всю ночь тебя в постели кусают насекомые. Не выдержали, в 4 утра включили свет - и увидели, что спим на простыне в горошек практически - полная кровать насекомых. Ждем утра, чтобы отменить бронь и переехать. Не думали, что в Бали вообще возможно такое встретить за вполне приличные, между прочим, деньги.

Établissement local bien placé ( au nord d'ubud) et au calme . Bungalows donnant dans la rizière au confort correct pour la literie mais salle de bain vétuste qui nécessiterait certaines améliorations. Pas de restaurant mais un super warung juste au dessus . Personnel accueillant et sympathique Par contre bcp d'efforts à faire pour les plastiques et les déchets qui jonchent le sol et traînent en.nombre juste derrière la réception ( impensable quand on reçoit des guests )

La struttura è immersa nel verde di una risaia ma allo stesso tempo si trova a soli 5 minuti di scooter dal centro di Ubud. I bungalow sono spaziosi, puliti e silenziosi. Noi avevamo uno dei bungalow più lontani dalla reception e per quanto questo ci costringesse a delle scarpinate per raggiungere la strada o la sala per le colazioni, risceglierei la stessa stanza in quanto davvero silenziosa ed immersa nella natura. Se siete dotati di un motorino avrete tutto a due passi, diversamente la struttura può comunque accompagnarvi nel centro di Ubud o noleggiare per voi un driver. Discreta la colazione. Staff gentilissimo. Wi Fi migliorabile nelle zone più lontane dalla reception. Occorrerebbe una maggiore manutenzione della piscina e dell'impianto elettrico dei bungalow.

Cet hôtel n’a plus rien à voir avec les photos datant de l’ouverture il y a 15 ans !! Humidité , moisissure sur les murs , draps tachés et troués , minibar annoncé inexistant dans notre chambre , salle de bain avec des fuites de partout , serviettes de bain humides de la veille et non remplacées !! 2 petites d’eau offertes à votre arrivée elles vous seront facturées 5000rp pièce si vous voulez les renouveler. Sachant que l’eau n’est pas potable c’est un comble. C’est comme la navette gratuite pour rejoindre le centre d’ Ubud annonce sur les sites , et bien elle vous sera facturée 50000rp l’aller/retour..Mais le plus beau reste à venir en salle du petit déjeuner au premier ou sans être prévenu vous vous trouverez assis à côté de deux énormes nids de frelons soit disant très paisibles qui ont tout de même piqués deux fois mon ami sur le crâne. Heureusement il n’était pas allergique , sinon je n’ose imaginer!! Donc il est clair que nous n’y remettons plus jamais les pieds.
