Sunset Villa Lembongan

They have 3 pools, not so much people here. The road to hotel is bad. But hotel is good. Nice restaurants and bar but a lot of non residents. Room are nice, AC not so good Big bathroom, little ant problems Nice staff. Friendly dog come to my room and just stay with us, follow us everywhere.

We didn’t stay at the Villa’s but had a meal and drinks at the cafe/restaurant upstairs. Beautiful view of the sunset and beautiful ocean. Very relaxed vibe with a pool table for a bit of fun. Staff were very welcoming and fast with their service.

Sunset Villas is family run and you really feel like you are part of the family when you stay there. They have 3 incredible pools and the sunsets are gorgeous from the upstairs restaurant. We spotted mantas and turtles but missed out on the dolphins this time! Blacky, Made and the family will make you feel welcome with homestyle meals and cold beer. They have kept the place in such good shape over COVID.

Hubo un error con el hotel tenía reservado y por avatares de la vida termine allí que si bien tiene unas vistas agradables y una piscina fenomenal pero los bungalows están tan sucios ,dejados,con cercos negros en torno al grifo ,polvo por todos los sitios ,sábanas sucias ,toallas más sucias todavía ....un horror pero lo peor de todo es el dueño o gerente que cuando por la mañana a las horas del desayuno le comenté con toda la educación del mundo que mi bungalow estaba sucio ,toallas y sábanas y no funcionaba TV pues con un gesto groserisimo con las manos me dijo que si no me gustaba me iargase y cuando le comenté que no era forma de tratar a la gente se dio la vuelta y después de malas maneras me puso desayuno en vajilla sucia ,tazas sucias ,cuchara más sucia .....en fin , sería a el último sucio al que iría y hablo como viajera profesional ..además. Me pareció vergonzosa SA su forma de tratar y humillar al personal que era muy amable. Hubo algo que me chirrió muchísimo que para limpiar las habitaciones me pidieron la llave porque no tienen ni copia para el personal de limpieza y como yo iba a salir , pretende an dejarmela encima de la mesa de la especie de destartalada recepción que tenían Por supuesto me nege a que mi llave pudiese cogerla cualquier cliente o personal.. Una experiencia muy desagradable No os recomiendo ir
