두아 비치는 확실히 다른 해변만큼 좋지는 않지만 호텔 서비스는 여전히 매우 좋습니다. 특히 수영장 밖에 있는 레스토랑은 체크아웃 후 또 식사를 하러 돌아왔습니다.

숙소는 좋지만 침대가 너무 작고 방도 작습니다. 해변은 더럽고 홀리데이 인의 숙소가 아니기 때문에 의자를 빌려야 합니다.

호텔 환경이 매우 좋고 바로 밖에 해변이 있고 내부 레스토랑과 바의 분위기가 매우 좋습니다. 특히 저녁 노을이 질 때 아름다운 풍경을 감상하며 저녁식사를 즐기실 수 있습니다.

다음날 이른 비행기를 타야 했기 때문에 공항에서 비교적 가까운 이 호텔 체인을 선택했습니다. 그러나 전반적인 경험은 매우 열악했고 IHG 그룹의 표준에 미치지 못했습니다. 1. 우리가 배정한 첫 번째 방은 들어가자마자 퀴퀴한 냄새가 났고, 며칠 동안 환기를 위해 창문을 열지 않은 것처럼 느껴져 냄새가 불쾌했습니다. 그리고 방은 호텔 1층의 한적한 구석에 있어서 별로 안전하다고 느껴지지 않습니다. 2. 3층 두 번째 방으로 이사했는데, 씻고 쉴 준비를 하고 나니 에어컨 소리가 너무 크고 기계적인 진동이 확연히 들렸습니다. 귀마개를 끼고도 잠이 오지 않았고, 에어컨을 꺼도 문제는 계속됐고(나중에 알고 보니 3층 옥상에서 기계 돌아가는 소리였다) 그럴 수가 없었다. 제 시간에 꺼지거나 수리되었습니다. 나중에 호텔은 세 번째 방을 마련했습니다. 3. 위의 3개 방(특히 처음 2개)의 캐비닛과 미닫이문에는 곰팡이 반점, 오래된 장비(예: 수도꼭지 스위치가 제대로 작동하지 않음), 먼지 축적 및 기타 문제가 있습니다. 호텔의 일부 객실은 개조 공사 중이며 실제로 개조가 필요한 것 같습니다. 4. 게다가 주문서에는 호텔에서 무료 공항 픽업 서비스를 제공한다고 명시되어 있었는데, 처음에 프론트 데스크의 접수 담당자는 이 서비스가 우리 주문에 포함되지 않았다고 말했습니다. 열심히 소통하고 노력한 끝에 다음날 배웅 서비스를 준비했습니다. 5. 마지막으로 개인 일정 때문에 호텔로 가서 체크인을 하고 짐을 보관했습니다. 보관 시 호텔에서는 객실 확정 후 수하물을 객실로 보내도록 요구합니다. 접수원은 문제없다며 짐을 담당하는 동료에게 설명하겠다고 했다. 그런데 저녁 식사를 마치고 호텔로 돌아왔을 때 짐이 로비에 놓여 있는 것을 발견했습니다.

우리는 이 호텔에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 아름다운 해변이 있는 아름다운 호텔입니다!

Holiday Inn Resort Baruna is an accommodation that provides a very comfortable and satisfactory stay. I liked the Holiday Inn accommodation when I went to Hawaii, so I chose this accommodation in Indonesia as well. Overall I am very satisfied. It's at the end of Kuta Beach in Bali, but it's better than going to Kuta Beach Club or Seminyak Beach Club. I think this is a very good accommodation where you can enjoy both lodging and entertainment while playing with your kids in the resort's swimming pool, having a drink, and eating at the PALMS restaurant next to the pool. The facilities and pool are clean, the food is delicious, and the staff are all friendly. During my stay, it was winter in Bali, the off-season, so there were few people, so it was leisurely and relaxing.

We stayed here for one night as we landed in Bali and had to wait an evening before our Villa up in Seminyak was ready. This is a large resort property convenient to the airport. The guards at the main entrance gave us peace of mind. We were given a free upgrade with an ocean view. The room was large and perfectly fine. Great shower and TV channel selection. We were tired from travel and just had dinner and a night cap at one of the two restaurants on property. The food was real good. The next morning we went to breakfast at the other restaurant on property which is more buffet style and the breakfast selection was huge. There must have been 60 items including an omelet station. We walked to the beach and I will say that may be the only negative of the hotel. There are fishing boats in the water and there was no one setting up chairs or anything, maybe we were early. I'm not sure the hotel owns the beach there I think it's a public beach but not sure. We had to check out at 12 so we just stayed at the pool which was nice and large and had a swim up bar. Keep in mind this is a kid-friendly hotel so the pool is only so relaxing with screaming children. But overall, this is a great hotel and very nice property. Perhaps the best part is that the staff here were extremely nice and helpful and proud to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would give this hotel a strong recommendation particularly for families.

Convenient location. No more than five minutes from DPS. Well trained staff. Beautiful landscape design. Near the beach. The beach, a public area, is not well maintained, though.

It exceeded my expectations. We had a great time at this property! So close to the airport which makes it even more convenient with complimentary suttle services. Great services by all the employees. We will be back!

Excellent hotel with great service. Great location too!

It's a family oriented hotel. All facilities are catering for kids. Staff were all very helpful and considerate. Breakfast buffet provided a variety of choices. There's even a kids only buffet area. A family with kids can definitely have a wonderful stay here. Strongly recommend.
