노스 아메리칸 모터 인(Philly Inn & Suites)

It was clean and I appreciated the comfy bed, frig and microwave , but unlike the listing, it was not soundproof from either the outside or the inside. I asked for the reserved parking mentioned. My last night there I did not get it. If you want a budget hotel that is clean, this is it.

It is cheap. Water pressure was very low with a little bit of water and my door would not lock without having to use the doorstop. I asked for a discount but the staff never called me back.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I liked that it was very close to many shopping and dinning centers (within walking distance). I would definitely stay again! Great value and accommodation .

Staff made me feel welcomed. They were very nice and gave me free water. The facility equipment worked properly and the parking was convenient for being in the city. There’s places to eat nearby and it’s in a safe location.

The Philly Inn is very close to my destination on Belmont Ave, so a very convenient location. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and I enjoy the cleanliness, secure parking and comfortable bed. Will for sure stay at the Philly Inn next month when I visit the area again!

All around amazing! The front desk staff was kind and polite, got me checked in and checked out really fast. The hotel designs and decor were really nice. The room itself was tidy and functional, had everything I needed for my stay relative to the cost. The location is also good, close to quick food and bus stops that I used during my trip.

The stay was amazing worth it for sure for seeing phili just the showers could use another curtain so the water don’t go to the floor, bed could use a little memory foam, pillows could be updated a bit for more comfort also would just pay attention to how the night shift staff is didn’t seem to happy we left a not for more pillows but the next morning one of the staff showed up an knocked with a box of what we wanted so i ended up giving him a tip idk his name but that staff member deserves a raise short mexican accent but yeah overall stay was good could also use a different fragrance in the building but wasn’t too bad an got used to it quick one of the elevators might wanna get looked at as well had a weird sound come from it around the third floor

On Saturday Morning (12/2/23) housekeeping entered my room without knocking or announcing themselves. I was in the bed half asleep. It was creepy and I don’t appreciate it.

I want to be objective here, but never at any point since I checked in was I relaxed. When I got into the room, the first thing I noticed was the window sill was full of water and it was dripping. I asked for another room but they said none were available. To their credit, they did give me a small refund. I returned to my room and wiped the window down but later it started raining and water was actually streaming down the inside of the window. I did go out and got a flat tire while I was out and after several hours arguing, I came back to the hotel for the night and tried to secure the door. There was no additional lock and no way to secure the door other than the electronic lock so I had to get creative. There was a two to three inch gap under the door so any manner of things could have gotten under it, and securing the door was a stretch, but I did my best. After things were done, and organized, I just wanted a shower. I turned on the water, kept checking it and still had no hot water after about 7 minutes so getting clean was out of the question. There was graffiti in three places that I saw, which was tacky. I will never return as a single woman, and probably not ever with my husband.
