The riom is very clean, and comfortable, and no smoking as well as pets are not allowed, so the air in the room is fresh. But the ice machine is out of function.

Good and central location. Some rooms were on construction, breakfast with cinnamon rolls and waffles

Location: 0 stars. The hotel faces the highway, making it incredibly noisy. We couldn't fall asleep due to the noise. Cleanliness: 0 stars. I believe they never change the sheets, comforter covers. I felt itchy just 10 minutes after lying on the bed. I even felt dust or powder falling on my face when I lifted the blanket. It seems they never vacuum the carpet either; I found plastic bottle cap seal in the corners. Additionally, the transparent plastic sheet was found in the sink of the bathroom. Service: 3 stars. The front desk girls were okay; they helped us change to a room that wasn't facing the highway, although there was still some noise. The woman working in the kitchen was not friendly. However, the girl who cleaned rooms was super nice and helpful. Food Safety: 1 star. I can't believe they put steamed eggs, sausage, and biscuits in plastic boxes and kept heating them, unlike other Holiday Inn locations that use stainless steel heating containers. This practice increases the risk of food contamination with plastics toxin such as BPA. This is the worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. I used to like Holiday Inn because of the cleanliness of the rooms and beds, as well as the delicious breakfast. However, this particular one has left me with the impression that I will never return.

The mattress has bed bug and my arms, legs, back had over 40 locations got bites.

We booked last minute and we were able to get a king suite that had 2 queen beds in a separate room. This was amazing since we had our 2 kids with us. The room also had ceiling fans which is unheard of in hotels and a very nice surprise. Overall the room was comfortable and spacious. There weren’t a ton of extras in the room, just a desk and wet bar, but we didn’t need much so it was perfect.

The reason this property is getting an average overall rating was because of how inept the front desk was and how badly they botched my check in. There were two problems with check in: 1) the front desk person asked me to tap my card for the deposit and when I asked why it was so much, after I had tapped, he informed me that this included the room rate as well. I had already prepaid the room and told him this. He told me that the computer didn't indicate this. Fortunately, I had brought a copy of the receipt for the payment, and he reluctantly conceded that I had indeed paid for the room. In brief, they had to figure out how to deal with the double charge, which they eventually did. Problem 2: the room number the same front desk person wrote on the key card holder wasn't the same as the room number on the contract sheet. I went with the key card holder number, and that didn't work. So I tried what I remembered from the contract sheet and that did work. So I had to drop back to the front desk to make sure the computer was in alignment with the real room so that they didn't check anyone else into my room. Anyhow, check in was a mess. Other than that, we have stayed at this property previously and I can almost guarantee you that they have had a remodel since then. The rooms are really nice and feel new, and they are spacious and well appointed. If you are visiting Buck's place, it is almost right across the strong. We would stay again.

Hotel looks to be very new. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. No traffic noise, Freindly staff.

We stayed at hotel to attend Christmas Holiday Celebration with family. So we didn't really have an opportunity to tour the neighborhood. We had venues to get to. Parking at the hotel was limited in front area and gate was locked causing us to make a u turn to exit. Otherwise hotel was very lovely. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was in a clean area and ok.

Our sheets had stains on the top . Hotel looks run down but doable for a quick one night stop. I have another night booked but will probably cancel as it was very noisy
