비야 라 에스탄시아 비치 리조트 & 스파 리비에라 나야리트 - 올 인클루시브(Villa la Estancia Beach Resort & Spa Riviera Nayarit - All Inclusive)

I loved how quiet and relaxing the a**osphere was. The property was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I have already recommended to a friend.

The property was very well-maintained, with lovely staff, amazing food, and beach chairs were always available. I liked that we were able to take part in the festivities next door, at Flamingoes which was much livelier and offered more activities/dining options. We liked the quietness of La Estancia though. Most of the guests were older or part of small families. Knocked off a few points because the whole property lost wifi reception for a day which meant we couldn't access the internet for work. Housekeeping also came by late (around 3-4pm) when we were already back in our room getting ready for dinner. Dinner at the steakhouse took almost 3 hours, and although the dress code was strongly suggested to us, it was obvious it was not enforced. The neighboring town, Bucerias, is only a 20-30 minute walk away, accessible by walking north along the beach or through a walking trail in front of the resort. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was nice to relax and bask in the sun without leaving the resort knowing we had great food options at our fingertips.

This was by far the cleanest property we have stayed at. EVERYTHING was spotless. The people were all very friendly and happy to help. The dining options are a bit misleading as there is really only one restaurant and a pool side bar/restaurant. The others are in the sister property next door. The good news is the food at the restaurant was 5 star. Amazing dinners. We ate there 7 nights and every night was very good.

A lovely resort that feels calm and welcoming. The diningroom is fabulous - food beautifully prepared, wide selection of gourmet dishes, intimate feel to the restaurant, with charming outdoor tables next to a pond looking toward the ocean. Doesn't get much better. (There's also an outdoor restaurant open during the day.) The beach is lovely and mellow. Staff is very helpful without being suffocating, and the property is well-maintained. If you want activities and other restaurants, you are welcome at the larger sister property next door. But we much prefer the peace and quiet of La Estancia.

The resort was nice and clean. We had a room with a patio that led straight to the pool which was convenient! It got annoying that people would come out early and reserve all the pool chairs early morning and you’d have to wait a long time to get one. That was really the only thing I wasn’t happy with. The food here was actually really great compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at! We even got access to go to Flamingos resort next door and eat there if we wanted! I was able to get a free massage based off my booking and the spa was really nice and relaxing! We also had beach access and the waiters would take your orders out there too! Daniel was our favorite! My family had a great time! We’d come back again!

We arrived an hour after checkin time and were told our room wasn’t ready and to come back in 20 minutes so had to drag our luggage to find somewhere to sit and still didn’t get a room till 45 minutes later and quite a bit of frustration. Over all the resort was nice and staff was great but they make you give a room number and sign for Everything, even just a drink. Kinda defeats the purpose of an all inclusive without the ease of just ordering things you’ve already paid for.

Villa Estancia is a beautiful property. Excellent professional staff, very helpful. Meal options were plentiful (buffet breakfast was excellent), but super long delays in main restaurant for dinner (2+hrs… kitchen issues?). That aside, appreciated super comfy mattress, and relative quiet of the property. Enjoyed the escorted bike rides, beautiful spa (great massage!) great beach, and access to the adjacent property. Hope to return again.

What an amazing establishment! I give this place 9.9/10 stars. I deducted .1 point that gratuity isn’t included in all-inclusive. I will definitely stay here again!!!

This is a really nice property. We did all inclusive and the food options were pretty good overall. It was nice to have access to the sister property next door, which gave more food options. The customer service was excellent too. My only issue is that this property is part of a time share group and from the first day they “upgrade” you and give extra things in order to give you a time share presentation, which takes most of the morning. We should have known better and not accepted the “upgrades,” so that’s on us. So just be ware that they will try to sell you a timeshare if you go here. Other than that, the location is great and the facility is really nice.
