Fabulous few nights at Brenner’s Park. We were at the hotel over Valentine’s Day and they were renovating the main hotel. There were very few of us there. We were upgraded in one of the villas overlooking the Oos River and the really beautiful Lichtentaler Allee. The room and bathroom were so well thought out. We could have moved in and comfortably lived there for a while. We booked a massage and enjoyed it. We were easily able to walk all over town. We hope to return some day. Just incredible.

This is a 5 star elegant traditional hotel with a spectacular location in Baden-Baden. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Whenever we needed anything - ironing board, plug adaptors -- they sent it immediately. Also the on site restaurants were beautiful and had delicious food.

Brenners exudes old world charm and service. Our room was a delightful corner suite with two terraces and gorgeous views towards both the gardens and surrounding hills and the town. Absolutely charming. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and shown to our digs where a beautiful fruit plate and bottle of house wine greeted us. The fridge included complimentary beverages as well. The rooms have been carefully maintained and the upholstery, curtains, canopies and beds still sport traditional, smartly tailored fabrics that could have been chosen 50 years ago. The light switches remain analog, and the fixtures appear to be original. Our bathroom was heavily clad in thick camera marble that spoke of another era. In short, the hotel has not jumped on the bland modernization adopted by so many grand luxury hotels. I found this incredibly refreshing and, being of a certain age, nostalgic of my youthful travels with my parents. The breakfast served at Fritz and Felix was one of the best I've had at any hotel. The restaurants cheese trolley stands ready for you to indulge to your heart's content, while the fresh fruit tarts, and full buffet offer an extraordinary array of tempting goodies. Add to that the hot cooked offerings, and you will probably agree that breakfast at Brenner's is definitely worth waking up for! The health club and spa are beautiful, and offer private spaces indoors and out to enjoy the exquisite flowers, shrubs, topiaries and trees on the property. We enjoyed the large pool, the sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool and the sunning area outside. My companion also raved about his deep tissue massage. Our afternoon tea outside overlooking the grounds was also outstanding, and featured a fine pianist, champagne, sandwiches, scones, and Pierre Hermé's special Black Forest macaron made exclusively there. If you appreciate elegant, old-world service and a well run hotel in luxurious surroundings, I highly recommend Brenners in Baden-Baden.

Beautiful hotel with a perfect location and amazing staff. Time to update the carpets but otherwise, very nice with lots of character. We overlooked the park and had a beautiful view with a large veranda. Drinks and food were pricey but everything was done with class.

Beautiful hotel! First room had a poor ‘park’ view but they moved us when requested. Staff was very good. Carpets need replacing. Lots of extras which was a treat! Location fantastic.

I have the opportunity to stay in many of the world’s finest hotels and Brenners Park is right up there. The property is majestic and overlooks the gorgeous Lichtentaler Allee with a running stream. Easy walk to the spas, ****** and restaurants. The staff is wonderful and the housekeeping team deserve special recognition . Wonderful classy breakfast.The spa and pool area are perfect. Guests may use their sauna, cold plunge and private showers at the spa. Highly recommend this luxury property!

If you are searching for a near perfect experience then Brenners is where you need to go! The staff, food, amenities,facilities are as fabulous as we have ever been privileged to enjoy in all the years we have traveled the globe. We came to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary and Brenners did everything possible to help us celebrate in grand style Our intention is to return soon and encourage our children along with their families to come with us !

Our family event celebration took place over an extended weekend in Dec 2009 (despite the date shown). In short, we have not had a more welcoming, thoughtful, professional yet warm, experience at any other resort or hotel (and we travel quite a bit internationally). Our dinner for a party of 6 was an absolute delight, with ‘greetings from the kitchen’ sprinkled in that actually accentuated the ‘preordered’ course. Wine matching recommendations were spot-on, and customized for each of the 4 ‘winos’ in our party. The spa was wonderful, the pool as well. A ‘spontaneous’ upgrade to the split-level honeymoon suite was a super nice surprise. The private breakfast and lunch arrangements, the canapés and champagne reception, and everything else surrounding the weekend was simply perfect.

My stay was absolutely fabulous. I spent my 55th birthday weekend here and the entire Brenner Hotel team made the weekend a truly amazing, relaxing a very enjoyable experience. Flowers, Champagne, a delicious chocolate dessert and fruit all with a Happy Birthday wishes in my room upon arrival. From the moment I arrived, the staff was perfection in their kindness, professionalism and overall care of the hotel and its guests. Thanks to the front desk staff (I was remise in noting the name of the front desk representative that checked me in and even walked me to my room) so very nice, and a special thanks to Penny and Bettina from the Spa and Mr. Calwer during my checkout. I have and continue to recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues. Will definitely be back. Thanks!!!
