Las Bóvedas

We stayed at Las Bovedas 20-22 May 2022, and it was an enjoyable stay until we went to bed in the evening and woke up at 12.30 am by a DJ screaming to congratulate the newlyweds and starting a discotheque. Our windows faced an internal courtyard, and people began filling the dance floor. You couldn't make this up: the hotel organised a past-midnight disco set within its open-air patio while also accommodating other guests that had nothing to do with that party. The windows were useless against the cacophonous music, and the curtains barely helped with flashing lights. A call to the reception confirmed that it was someone's wedding celebration that would last 3-4 hours and that they were very sorry for the inconvenience, but there was nothing they could do because the hotel was all booked. By 2 am, I was done with it and went to speak with the receptionist. It turned out there was a room available facing the other side of the hotel after all. You could still hear the music there, but it was just about quiet enough to doze off and on and catch some sleep. They were still partying at 3.30 am, and I'm unsure when it ended. Look. First of all, it's illegal in Spain to be this loud between 11 pm and 7 am. Secondly, most guests were leaving in the morning; many had small children. Who in the hotel management thought they could accommodate paying guests that needed a good night's sleep before car journeys AND book a blasting wedding party that kept many guests awake until dawn, they should resign and never work in hospitality again. I've filled in an official complaint form and hope that the hotel will face penalties – and never subject other guests to such an experience. Otherwise, the hotel was good. Breakfast could be better, especially around the use of single-use plastic for stuff like olive oil or crushed tomato, but it was ok.

Mi experiencia es más bien una información para los futuros clientes, el sábado 21.09.24 acudí a una boda en sus instalaciones donde los maleantes reventaron varios vehículos entre ellos el mío y nos robaron en su interior, todo ocurrió dentro del recinto del hotel, alguien del hotel simplemente se acercaron a ver lo ocurrido y decirnos q habían llamado a la guardia civil por el tema de las cámaras, responsabilidad ninguna ni por asomo, yo al menos no esperaba q ocurriese algo así en un Hotel con buena imagen.

Espectacular, todo limpio y muy cuidado, nuevo. Habitación amplia, comoda, TV nueva, escritorio, nevera, baño amplio. Gasolinera junto al hotel, donde poder comprar a cualquier hora, autovía frente al hotel, pero no molesta. Restaurante de calidad. Volvería seguro.

Nos alojamos por una noche por un evento y no pudimos disfrutar mucho de sus servicios, pero lo utilizado fue todo muy correcto (cama, almohada, amenities...) Tuvimos un olvido y nos facilitarnos la recuperación del objeto, muchas gracias. Muy buen trato de todos aunque con el más tratamos fue con Juanma.

Nos alejamos en el hotel durante dos noches en una habitación limpia, grande y sin ruidos. Lo único que mejorar era una de las camas que tenía ruedas moviéndose y haciendo ruido los muelles. El restaurante nos gustó mucho la verdad, el comedor es moderno y la carta variada. Disponen de pan sin gluten.

Hôtel bien situé (près des murailles) tout en étant au calme. Le rapport qualité prix est bon en prenant en compte le fait qu on profite des services du sofitel qui est a côté (superbe piscine et cadre, conciergerie…). Personnel chaleureux. Nous n avons pas testé le petit déjeuner.
