The hotel is located in quiet area, building is in good condition and clean. That’s the good part. The hotel personnel skills are not up to their duties. The receptionists (met two) are slow and they don’t know what they are doing. It took very long time to get our room, even there were no other customers around, nor any interruptions. The breakfast room had about 1/3 of the tables occupied, all others were not cleaned and full of trash. We had to clean our own table to get a place where to eat. The worst part was when we were about to leave, and the receptionist was so lost that she charged our card twice, claiming the first charge was not accepted - which was not true. When I realized what happened, I tried to make her understand she had charged our stay twice, which she did not understand, even though I showed my mobile credit card application which clearly indicated the double-charge. The receptionist was not even trying to help or understand, instead she became very hostile and rude, and was just shouting that I’m the one who doesn’t understand. Even though I finally after a week got my extra charge back, I’m never going back, and I don’t recommend the place to anyone.
