Due to flight problems with Cebu Pacific, I was unable to make my flight and had to sleep in the airport overnight. Because of this, I wasn't able to make my connection and therefore wouldn't make the time for the hotel. I messaged them 2 days in advance to let them know and they said there's nothing they can do. They couldn't reschedule. It wouldn't refund me nothing. So here I am out of money for two rooms. Three nights each.
They would not help at all.
