Nice hotel with good food…. With nice view and activities. Highly recommended … will definitely comeback here when I go back to Bicol

저희는 비치프론트 빌라에 묵었습니다. 보기가 좋았습니다. 자체 플런지 풀이 있어서 더욱 특별했습니다. 직원들은 모든 것이 잘 처리되었는지 확인하기 위해 최선을 다했습니다. 음식은 좋았고 이전 방문 이후 확실히 개선되었습니다. 우리는 해변에서 개인 5코스 저녁 식사를 준비했고 직원들은 내가 요청한 것 이상으로 배달했습니다. 우리는 이른 체크아웃을 선택했고 직원은 포장된 아침 식사를 제공했습니다. 할 일이 많습니다. 우리는 해변과 수영장에서 수영을 했고, 파트너는 카약을 빌렸습니다. 그들은 현재 리조트를 다시 칠하고 여러 시설을 업그레이드하고 있습니다. 돌아올 때까지 업그레이드가 완료되기를 바랍니다. 전반적으로 매우 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 직원들은 진정으로 기억에 남는 방문을 만들었습니다. 그 이상을 추구하는 프론트 오피스의 Melanie에 대한 특별한 언급. 확실히 돌아올 것이다.

We’ve been coming to this resort since I was a kid so we know what to expect and what the resort offers. Over the past few years, the resort has been making changes to their facilities, making these visits more exciting.
 The rooms are newly refreshed. Beds are still comfortable and soft. Most rooms have bath tubs. Resort branded amenities are on offer, and we like the lemongrass scent. We order food ala-carte, and everything we had was really good. I personally keep coming back for their Crispy Bicol Express and Tilmok, but we found ourselves absolutely thrilled when we asked the chef to cook up something exciting (we keep raving about the Singaporean Chili Crab) with some seafood we bought along the way. Breakfast was a bit limited, but good too. The newly built recreations center offers exciting new amenities for guests - jetskis, kayaks, and paddle boards if that’s your thing. You can also dive at the resort’s house reef - honestly some of the best conserved in the Albay Gulf area.

While the main beach (close to the resort amenities and villas) is rocky, they now allow access to the area they call the Marina, which is a short stretch of beach with much better sand and better views of the open Pacific Ocean at the western side of the resort. This is also where they do their fish feeding activity. We also booked treatments in their spa, which we loved. Best of all, their staff were some of the nicest we’ve dealt with. With the service we’ve received, they made our stays here absolutely wonderful. Will definitely come back.

So peaceful. staff are great. room is clean. food is nice. the place is well-maintained. i just hope there's a mini grocery because the place is far from the city and its so expensive to go out. im also looking for a full-body mirror inside our room but they only have mirror inside the bathroom. the beach waa great too.

Top rate accommodations. We had a villa suite and it was complete with every amenity to ensure comfort and luxury. The bathroom was very spacious with Roman tub, shower room and toilet plus a large vanity area with his and hers sinks. Nice dining area which already had a table setting for two. King sized bed with a love seat at the foot of the bed and a sofa by the window. Their television system was updated and allowed us the enjoy our Netflix at night. The grounds were well manicured and the pools were beautiful - an infinity pool and a another pool that run through the villas. The service we got from the staff was warm and outstanding. We were pampered by the staff. Meals at the restaurant was delicious. The waiters were very attentive but one waiter Jayson Valdevieso stood out amongst the rest - he made our dinners artistic with his table arrangements and went the extra mile in service. He would recommend delicious authentic Bicolano cuisine and these never failed to delight us. When Jayson learned that I loved ikebana, he created ikebana centerpiece specially for our table from foliage materials that he got from the resort gardens. Misibis Bay Resort is a destination that will not disappoint.

Mabuhay! As I first heard of this place,I was so excited and curious about it. That was a long time ago. I told myself that I want to visit this place one day. Now that I've got the chance because it was our wedding anniversary, sadly but it wasn't I expected,maybe I visited this place in a wrong time. Upon arrival staff was friendly,which is just needed for the job,going beyond the extra mile did not happened,a simple question asking how was your trip? That makes an impressions that last forver. As we checked in to our villa which is villa#36. I went to use the washroom and noticed that the bidet is not working properly. My 4 year old son went to checked the shower coz he really liked it much. Same thing,the rain shower is leaking from the top.and the nozzles are clogged. Housekeeper does not do a good job here by reporting to maintenance what needs to be fixed. The kids playing room is not that great,toys are broken and outdated.the washroom next to it really smells stinky. The value for money is not worth it. I just hope that they can fixed this issues. Since you are sister company of hotel Ellis,might as well fixed the shower and washroom sink there. We stayed at room 312. Actually,i unclogged the rain shower there myself,it is a temporary fixed so you need to check on it.i mean all the rooms. I will still come back given the chance because I still believed in the second chance. This review is not to discredit your company but a chance to improved.

The room we had was very clean, smells good, aesthetic, functional and comfortable. There was fast wifi and large flat screen with netflix. The pool was very refreshing. The food we had for our romantic dinner date was beyond our expectation. I don’t know why others had bad review but I think in order to enjoy this place, you should really avail its luxury ammenities. However, breakfast buffet menu was limited and the meals were pricey. But if money is not an issue, this is a great place to relax.
