더블트리 바이 힐튼 리조트 & 스파 마르한 아일랜드 후기

맛있고 다양한 음식을 제공하는 아주 쾌적한 호텔입니다. 꽤 넓고 긴 해변에는 휴식을 취할 수 있는 장소가 많습니다. 호텔 부지 주변을 산책하기에도 좋고, 저녁에는 라이브 음악과 노래 공연이 있습니다. 아이들은 수영장과 놀이터에서 신나게 뛰어놀 수 있습니다. 피트니스 클럽(저희는 자주 이용했습니다), 테니스 코트, 탁구대도 있습니다. 여러 레스토랑에서 다양한 음식을 맛볼 수 있습니다. 저녁에는 아름답고 따뜻한 조명이 켜져 더욱 매력적인 분위기를 연출합니다. 객실은 새것은 아니지만 허름하지도 않고 모든 것이 깨끗합니다. 직원들은 문의와 요청에 신속하게 응대합니다.

마작 아일랜드 전체가 공사 중이라 말 그대로 거대한 공사 현장이나 다름없어요. 지금은 절대 가지 않는 걸 추천해요. 힐튼 호텔도 꽤 오래됐어요. 이 객실은 4~5층 건물에 있는데, 각 층에 방이 여러 개 있어요. 저희가 묵었던 방은 2층이었는데, 곰팡이 냄새가 났어요. 방음도 안 돼서 위층 발소리가 훤히 들렸어요. 게다가 마지막 날 밤에는 위층에서 파티를 해서 엄청 시끄러웠어요. 제 친구는 힐튼에서 하룻밤, 바로 옆 메르디앙 호텔에서 하룻밤 묵었어요. 직접 가서 확인해 봤는데, 훨씬 좋았어요! 메르디앙은 2층 건물에 방이 4개 있고, 2층에는 넓은 테라스와 자쿠지가 있었어요. 조식도 훨씬 맛있었고요. 조용한 휴가를 원하신다면 옆 호텔을 추천합니다. 저희는 호텔을 통해 사막 사파리를 차량 한 대당 1,500디르함에 예약했는데, 내용은 똑같았지만 두바이에서는 반값이었어요.

정말 맛있었지만 뷔페는 별로였고 과자도 별로였고 우리 가족 중 일부는 글루텐 알레르기가 있었지만 전반적으로 다 좋았습니다. 계속 노력하세요.

객실 상태는 정말이지 할 말이 없을 정도였습니다. 제가 묵어본 호텔 중 최악이었어요. 수건은 너무 낡았고 방에는 먼지가 너무 많아서 저희 가족은 하루 종일 기침을 멈출 수 없었습니다.

We are living in UAE for more than 15 years now. Usually all the 5 * properties are supremely wonderful. However, the experience at Doubletree by Hilton was the worst nightmare I could ever imagine. We went with a family of 4 having two kids infant and a toddler for two working days to avoid the rush of weekends. But I could never imagine it will turn out to be soo bad that I wish to erase whole memory of going to such an obnoxious resort. Firstly, most of there restaurants were closed and secondly whatever was open closed at 3-3.30pm so you end up ordering food in-room dining. The staff is super careless and don’t take the responsibility for the Goff up they make. We ordered food at 3pm in the room with an assurance that it will arrive in 30-35 mins. After 2.30hours of follow up & continuous calling to reception and in room dinning with an assurance that it is on the way. It never arrived!! We eventually had to show up at the reception where the Manager of front desk was extremely unhelpful and seemed helpless. The whole operation team (Ms Zeyana, Mr Hirosh) and in room dinning sucks . After all this we wrote to the Director of operations who heard us the next day (Ms Melton), she didn’t even bothered to call us on the same day. She attended us on the next day with an offering of booking the hotel again !! After this mess up by her team , she has the audacity to ask us to book this resort AGAIN!! Not only this due to skip of lunch one of the family members had to take extra dose of medication as they were diabetic and patient of migraine. Certainly they don’t even have any doctor on the ground. So don’t hope any emergency can be taken care of. I can’t imagine having two small kids in the room which was extremely dirty with small aunts all over the tables and desk . Also, We had to call 4-5 times to ask for toiletries which were not kept in the room upon arrival . Due to the mess the hotel front desk and operation staff made Children had to miss their fun time in the kids pool and club for which this resort is famous. Overall they killed the whole experience for the family and made it a Nightmare! I will never recommend this resort to anyone and especially for the families. If you really want a relaxing time then Pls avoid going to Doubletree by Hilton Ras Al Khaima.

The room is next to construction site very noisy during the night. The room is also old. I asked for modification to shorten my stay, hotel said not possible and tell me nobody else complained about the construction noise, only me who is sensitive with the noise. They moved me to a room on the other side, it was way better. Newer with and amenities in the room was better. Dinner buffet was not good, maybe more suitable for vegetarian.

All good and nice the resort consider one the most beautiful resort in Ras Al Khaima

The place is nice with good view. My family had fun. We will definitely come back again here.

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. It would be even better with more food choices on the menu. Overall, a pleasant experience and I’d be happy to stay again.

Everything about the Doubletree by Hilton was amazing. The amenities , food and service was top notch. Would recommend everybody to visit it. The staff were very cooperative and made sure we had an amazing stay.

As usual everything was perfect, however it was obvious that the splash park not fully operational and some parts were removed which definitely affects the kids experience

Large resort style hotel. Food was okay, nothing special but lots of choice.

Lovely resort and the activities are fantastic and the weather is lovely too advice to the people who are looking for the perfect place to stay and enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and safe for kids

It was a great experience, amenities were superb. Rooms were not very clean but overall it was a good experience.
