Never book this Hotel apartaments in any CASE!!!! Even You die- you will never get any sympathy or refund! My family were supposed to come to see me in Cyprus, my Father booked 3 apartaments from 2nd of August to 8th of august! but 3 weeks before arrival time, my father tragically passed away! I did contact to the property and explained the situation on 14th of july, with possibility to cancel the entire booking! They told me that I have to call to booking com, that only booking com can cancel this booking! I did call, booking told me that they can’t cancel anything without a hotel approoval and thet sent an email to the properrty! Carina Hotel owner told me that they did not get any email at all! Well, just after I come back from funreal, I understood that this horel apartament just lied to pass the time! Because a week before check in he told me that if I cancel this booking now, because its too late- he will refund me a money for apartament where my father would be staying in, but rest of my family is still alive- they can come and stay!!!!! ARE YOU FOR REAL????? How can you even check in if thw person who did a booking oh his own name for 7 guests? Probably he checks in everyone like this!!!!!!!!! I did not give up and did complain to booking CEO about this situation, and they were really helpful and as my father was loyal cystomer for many years in booking com, they give me a full refund from their own pocket!!!! I really hope that OWNER andreas got rich from 1600€ !!! Bring your family to a decent dinner for this money now! I hope your family will not experience what I I just did! But Believe me- karma will Serve you well! I left Ayia napa, so finally I can post this review, what also will go on other social media places! I am adding a pictures from what Booking told me to a proove!

terrible, shameful refrigerator stained with blood broken beds and with irons outside with dirty linen and dirty sheets bathroom not to be commented on, all very unpleasant enough to leave in the night and go away without sleeping a horror film should just close terrible experience I only had them gave away the money

Positive : good location, close to Nissi beach( 10-15 minutes walk along the water). This was the best part. A lot of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets around. Rather clean and not that noisy in general. My room was spacious and a kitchen had everything you might need. There is a clean pool and a cheap bar. Negative: the facilities are pretty old. My room was on the ground floor facing a busy road. I entered it and realized, it would be impossible to fall asleep there. The hotel agreed to change the room, but they said I had to cancel my reservation on Booking. Then I paid and they won't even give any receipt! Felt like a scam so I got worried. I had to insist on getting the receipt and a guy at the reception got annoyed. Very bad service. I got the room, but this was obvious they play dirty. I didn't feel safe sleeping with an open balcony, when this is a ground floor. The only other option was to close it and use an air conditioner. You had to pay extra for it and it didn't really work well. I ended up just sleeping with everything closed, but without an air conditioner. Thanks God it was not too hot, since this is October already. The staff in general are quite rude and ignorant. Especially Mohammed guy,he had to be fired in my opinion. Too expensive for what you get there.

It is a beautiful place who is placed besides all the 5 stars and luxury hotels nearby. It’s about 80 meters to go to the beach 🏖 and what a wonderful beach. We have been on this hotel apartment since 2018, and we live it there. So just test it out, and tell me you don’t liked what you get for your money. It’s the best hotel apartments in the whole Ayia Napa who lie’s there and for that price!! I really can stand for this point of view 👁👀

I rate it on 4 stars but to be honest, hotel is ugly, old and underinvwstment, rooms are poor and cleaning service is inaccurate, but has very friendly staff, pool, and the price is very cheap , for person who can close eyes on comfortable it is good option cause localization is great, very close are bus stop, city center, beach, mall, 24h shop. I am satisfied with the balance of quality and price

I'm over in Cyprus for a month and decided to have a break in my travelling around the Mediterranean, excellent welcome by the reception team, very clearly informed me of all the information I needed to know, excellent location about 10-15 mins from the clubbing ***** and tourist *****, excellent transport links linking the location to Larnaca, Nicosia, Famgusta, the rooms are well kept, very spacious, does lack entertainment features, but with all that Aya napa has to offer, it would be hard to be bored, WiFi is now throughout the complex which is a nice touch and free, they do serve food and drinks for very reasonable prices in contrast to the local pubs/clubs/restaurants. Food is seriously expensive in the local shops if you wanted to eat at the apartment instead of out for the night, but there's a Lidl about 30 minutes from the resort for €1.50 bus journey each way, that will help keep things within budget, drinks at the bar on site are approx €2-3 for a spirit and drink, and the host and barmaid are fantastic and very approachable, the pool they have is very well maintained and adds to the addition, this is a perfect place to explore the local area, I've genuinely looked for a fault but have been unable to find one thus far. For a 2 star hotel in all fairness it deserves more credit then it's given, already planning a return later on in the summer.
