올림픽 라군 리조트 아이아 나파(Olympic Lagoon Resort Ayia Napa)

Arrived late in the evening to greeted by warm welcome and a fresh cold towel and a refreshing drink,what a start. Check in was smooth and quick, reception staff are well presented and polite. Porter took our suitcases to our room and explained the safe, air con etc. Rooms are spacious, clean and fresh. There is an iron and board in wardrobe, and tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with toiletries. Beds are comfortable and the pillows are big and soft. I usually sleep with 2 pillows but had to use 1. Balcony had table and 2 chairs (rattan not plastic). We spent a lot of time at the terrace bar of a morning and late at night being taken care of by Deanna, Julieta, Calypso, kamara, Jakob, khaled, and Theodorra. During the day we had sunbeds allocated on the first morning for the full week which is great and means you don’t have to enter the usual morning race for a bed. Pool area is very clean and always being attended to by dedicated pool staff who even clean your sunglasses and come round with cool misting spray if you want. Pool bar is spacious with plenty of bar access and plenty of staff, never a que. Bar staff at the pool bar are also polite, friendly and always make you feel like you welcome. Fanos, Nikos, Yannis, Steve, Martina and the rest of the team are fantastic, drinks are all freshly made and premium quality Bar manager George is a friendly, polite guy who always lets on and asks if everything is ok and if there is anything we need (thank you for the vip) Entertainment during the day is plentiful for kids and adults brought to you by the kanika entertainment team. Entertainment at night takes place in the indoor arena and is like being on broadway, the shows like greatest showman, mama Mia, grease and others are absolutely brilliant and we have not seen entrainment like this from any other hotel we have visited throughout the world. The whole entertainment team is fantastic, Tai, Lewis, Jackson, Carmen, Harriet and the others. Special mention to Fraser entertainment manager for putting the shows together and being part of the shows, also has a great voice. Big shout to Liz the security guard who makes us feel really welcome always checking in making sure we’re enjoying our stay at the hotel, big thank you to Elena, eleni and eleni piki for going above and beyond and giving us that personal touch during our stay always making us feel special We have used all the restaurants onsite and the food is 5 star quality and well presented and delicious As repeaters at the hotel the standard are so high at this hotel I would highly recommend to anyone Thank you Olympic for another fabulous stay see you in September xxx

The staff at this five-star hotel exceeded all expectations with their exceptional friendliness and service. Throughout our stay, they went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was nothing short of incredible. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the staff remained tirelessly attentive, making our happiness their top priority. Special thanks to Nikos and Fanos, the pool bar supervisors, whose pleasant demeanor added to our enjoyment. The cocktails served at each bar were outstanding, reflecting the staff's professionalism and dedication to using only the finest spirits. Deanna, the delightful British hostess at the lobby bar, consistently welcomed us with a warm smile, creating a truly inviting a**osphere. Although I can't recall everyone's names, Calipso, Martina, and Arrow stood out as exceptional members of the team. We are immensely grateful to all of you who made our holiday so memorable. Without a doubt, we will be returning in the future!

The best smelling hotel ever! From the moment you walk in the smell just hits you. Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff were phenomenal. Couldn’t have wished for a better holiday. Will definitely return. If you are wanting luxury, great service, and relaxation then this hotel is for you, you won’t be disappointed. The entertainment staff are wonderful, as are all the other staff. Couldn’t fault it at all. Room’s spotless, beds really comfortable, cleaners are amazing. Restaurants- lovely food throughout, especially the snack bar, great service from Daniel ice -cream delicious

Absolutely over the moon with our wedding at Olympic Lagoon. The hotel went above and beyond to offer us a special experience including complimentary champagne, a turndown service, and breakfast in bed the morning after our wedding. We were also very lucky to receive an upgrade to Fisherman’s Village! The hotel were incredibly accommodating to ensure that our wedding was perfect. All staff are polite and incredibly helpful. Huge thank you to the wedding team, Rafaella and Jodie, for organising the day and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Overall, our holiday was very relaxing. We enjoyed all of the restaurants and entertainment at the Xperience Arena. They have an extensive cocktail menu and many of the bar staff were happy to make bespoke cocktails that were not on the menu.

On arrival I was greeted by the extraordinary Front Desk team who were very professional in explaining everything I needed to know. The food was sensational, the cocktails good quality and I loved the adult pool area. A big thank you to all the staff and especially Eleni Adamou,Maria, Georgia, Androulla, Eleni Piki, Constantinos, Dimitris, Iva, Craig from reception and Elena Tofias and Giouli from Guest Services. You are all amazing!

This was our second visit and it was just as good as our first visit. This time we stayed in the rooms near The Greats restaurant which was much better than the Adults only hotel across the road. The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean. The staff all work so hard and are so friendly, special shout out to Deanna on the terrace she was so lovely to talk to and gave great drinks recommendations and Peter at the pool bar, he works tirelessly and is always so friendly. We love the adults only pool, the jets are fantastic and is very relaxing there. We also love the lazy river and had to go on it everyday. The food again was fantastic. We do not love the Captains Deck, it is nice but if you’re a fussy eater you may not like much. The Greats and Asian are the highlight of the trip. The Asian had a makeover and a new menu since the last time we came and it is even better! The drinks are also the best cocktails we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive. The bar staff know your order before you get to the bar as well! The entertainment is phenomenal. We spent more time watching the live music at the pool bar this time which was fantastic in a low key way, great way to spend an evening. The big shows are amazing as well, they do feel very high end. A few little downsides. We had some rain on our stay and there isn’t a lot to do inside the hotel. We found the lobby sitting area very corporate and the adults only area inside lacked any vibe. Also some evenings were very cool but they kept having entertainment at the pool bar, it would have been nice to have had some of it in the adults only bar as it’s sheltered. We loved the entertainment but had to leave early for some of them as we were too cold. Also the booking Al a cartes is annoying. When we arrived there was hardly anything available and this just got worse as the days progressed. We were not able to get into the Italian this time which we were disappointed about. When we did get a booking we would arrive at the restaurant and it would be half empty! I don’t know whether a lot of guest were a no show or you only allow a small amount of guests in but we found it really annoying. I could not recommend this hotel more. We will be back for a third time!

I came to this hotel on the 3rd of September 2023. After a three hour delay we got to the hotel quite late because of the flight delay. We gave the receptionist our passports the receptionist he then started to struggled with finding a few of my family members. He had some people I didn’t even know on my booking. I’m not sure how he manage this we must of been stood there over a least 5 minutes because he didn’t know what he was doing and at this point we was all getting quite frustrated and feeling very tired and after being delayed for 3 hours I really didn’t want to be faced with this farce he eventually sorted it,He then said sorry it was his first night NOT A GREAT START. We was all then shown to our rooms by the porter. All looks great until my daughter needed the toilet. The toilet doors are sliding doors and ours must’ve fell off the roller and my daughter couldn’t get out which caused her to panic and cry, so we had to slightly lift up the door and push it back to open the door now does this sound like 5 star hotel to you I think not. And I really wasn’t impressed with my room we had mould on the walls and on the floor near the main door it looked like someone had been Sick There was a big massive stain on the floor and splatter marks all up the door. These stains was not cleaned throughout our stay. The tv kept on glitching. Going back to the subject of the door, we did report it to the receptionist who said they would tell the maintenance team two days later still nothing on our third day we happened to bump into the maintenance team and then showed them the door. This was then fixed that very same day so it was obvious that whoever we reported the bathroom door to didn’t report it to the maintenance team. and while I’m on the subject of the reception, I found some of them quite rude on our day of checking out. We was faced with a bill which we knew was coming. But It was quite shock because the amount was higher then expected so we asked for an exclamation, the man who served us obviously did not like us challenging the bill and started huffing and puffing, and then started speaking to another receptionist lady in his language I did find this very intimidating and very uncomfortable. The lady who was trying to explain to us and so was he. He was so damn rude and then eventually just went off leaving the Lady to deal with us. She eventually explained it to us by showing us the receipts and then we understood the charge. There was no need for this man to be so rude its very unprofessional. There is no need to be rude to customers. This person should not be on a reception desk if he wants to have an attitude like this. my next problem is the cleanliness of the whole hotel having working in a hospital I know what to look for and where to look and I’m telling you now the hotel is not cleaned properly and not five star standards in my opinion. Our room was not cleaned properly. I left a few traps in the bathroom and it was still

What amazing hotel. The recis so informative the ladies smiling ☺ and try to help as much they can. We had amazing vacation at the Olympic with many unforgettable moments. The food is delicious and well presented. We loved pizza delicious, excellent meat at carving and amazing selection of fruits. The food is great at all restaurants including the excellent snacks in the shop next to pool bar. Cocktails are fabulous at all bars. Bartenders are so fun and attentive. Room was clean and tidy. Pools very clean . Sunbed allocation is excellent idea. Great pool service. The reception is extraordinary amazing. Very good staff in reception and generally is an excellent service in this hotel. Location is fantastic next to the beach. Entertainment shows is absolutely perfect. Daily pool activities so fantastic. The hotel provides excellent service and exceptional food. The pools are amazing specthe pirate ship. Lazy river is the number one. This is the best hotel we ever visit. We highly recommend. Fantastic place for a holiday or as we did a family wedding. From getting off the bus to getting back on, all staff were brilliant, could not do enough for you. All were very polite and nothing was any trouble for anyone to do for you. Rooms were perfect and spotless and housekeeping were second to none, always answering your needs. Resturant staff were the same anything you needed or wanted they were always there to help. Bar staff were constantly busy but again nothing was to much trouble and always had a smile. Grounds and pools were constantly being cleaned and kept tidy. Plenty of sun beds available, you are allocated on arrival but can ask to move to some where else. Returants and food choices were brilliant, good choice all the time. Snack bar was the best we have seen on any holiday, food ranging from pizza, hotdogs, salads, pastas, toasties, wraps, doughnuts, cakes, i can go on and on. Well worth a vist to this fab place.
