We booked this apart hotel fairly last minute with Tui at a great price and would highly recommend it. We were in room 310 on the first floor, a decent sized room with everything you need and a small balcony. The shower, although over the bath was good with a constant supply of hot water. The beds are firm, which I prefer, however the pillows are on the hard side too. The whole place is spotless. Our room was cleaned everyday and we had fresh towels daily too. The pool is lovely with a good supply of sun beds. We did find that some guests were putting towels on sun beds and not using them till very late in the afternoon, which is annoying when other people are wanting to spend the day at the pool & can’t get a bed. The buffet breakfast is plentiful with a great variety of food. They hold barbecue nights on a Saturday with entertainment. Food again is great & you can eat as much as you like for €16 (May 24). The main stand out of these apartments are the staff. Anna and her team make you feel so welcome and can’t do enough for you. I would definitely return as I know many people do year on year!

We had a great stay here. The room was comfortable, with a great shower and lots of space; the pillows however were rock hard! The swimming pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Good food and drinks available at the pool side bar. Lots of choice at breakfast with good coffee. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful except for one receptionist who was grumpy and could barely look up from the desk if you wanted something. The hotel is in a quiet position near to a few places for a good dinner and walkable to sandy beaches.

A convenient location, clean & well laid out apartments - the best ones being poolside. Food was basic but more than acceptable. The staff are amazing. A big shout to Lorie & Anna who looked after my family for the whole two weeks. Our 6th family holiday to Cyprus, and definitely the best. Happy to return to Loutsiana and highly recommend, especially for young families.

Absolutely fantastic! The staff are friendly and it’s spotlessly clean. Great choice at breakfast. It’s a quiet area with a couple of bars and restaurants. The bus stop is just outside and cheap to use. We walked to the nearest beach which took around 15 mins just strolling and about 35 mins to nissi beach. We can see why people return here each year.

First time solo experience. Where do I start..... the hotel and environment is stunning, clean, beautifully laid out. The staff are exceptional, Anna and her team and the restaurant not only made my experience comfortable but I felt welcomed and safe. Greeted every time by my name and a warm hug. The food.... is excellent. One of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. The loutisana pasta! It's a must try. The apartment.... very spacious, clean has everything and more you need. Cleaned daily. Fresh towels and little touches, made my experience one of the best I've ever had. It's a out of the main town, which suited me perfectly. Closer to the stunning beaches and a bus stop right outside. Without a doubt I will be booking again and again. Whether you come alone or as a family. This hotel, this area, the people are without a doubt some of the best I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

The best hotel I could imagine!! The staff was very polite and enormously encouraged to accomplish their job tasks. The food was delicious, the green areas stunning. The hotel is located far from the rush of the city and connected to Ayia Napa by way of communication means. You can travel by bus without any effort!!

Where to begin? The place is a little hidden gem. Great location, with a bus stop just outside the hotel, a 5-minute walk to the supermarket, and a 10-minute walk to the beautiful beach. Louitsiana is the cleanest place we ever stayed. Housekeeping ladies clean the rooms every day, and they change towels every day. Rooms are spacious with great comfy beds, a large TV, air conditioning, and a balcony with views of the swimming pool. The swimming pool is good-sized and has very clean water. We chose the option with breakfast, and this was a good decision. There is a huge choice of food; everything looks and tastes delicious, including good coffee and fresh fruit salad. For us, the star of the show was Anna, always with a smile and positive vibes. She speaks and jokes with everyone. You could ask for anything, and she would always have good advice. She is the best cocktail maker as well! We felt very welcomed and looked after. Also, a special thank you to Bikas, Utsan, Marina, and Constantinos. Thank you for making our holiday special!

Booked this a last minute break and was not disappointed with this friendly family run hotel. Around 40 minutes journey by car from Larnaca airport on the outskirts of Ayia Napa not far from a large water park. Reception were very helpful and friendly on check in and our room was ready when we arrived. We stayed in the luxury rooms which have no views apart from the block in front of you, you either get a balcony or a small terrace/ garden. Rooms have large sliding window doors with good blackout blinds, very large comfortable bed, lots of storage space, small kitchen area with fridge, coffee machine, toaster. Effective air conditioning and flat screen tv, small table chairs, vanity area with mirror/ chair. Good size walk-in shower bathroom area always with lots of hot water available. Hotel has spa treatments available, bar/restaurant area also where breakfast is served, small children’s pool and play area, lots of sunbeds, toilets and shower area. Location of hotel was great as you are well out of busy Ayia Napa, the buses run every 15-20 mins into town for €1.50 per person per trip €2.50 after 9pm, they run until around 4am really fantastic reliable service. You can get day tickets for €5 which allows multiple trips so you can get on and off if you want to travel further for the day. Likes:- Great pool area although water quite cold ! Anna who runs the bar/restaurant is just the best really friendly,chatty and helpful if you have any questions and absolute gem All staff helpful Clean spotless rooms and general hotel area Great location to Ayia Napa Dislikes:- Having to pay deposit for iron/ironing board Rental of the safe in your room (daily rate)! Cold plates at breakfast (need a plate warmer) Luke warm food at breakfast need better hot plate area to keep food warmer! Cocktail quality could be improved couldn’t taste alcohol in some then we tried

Anna and Bikash the best hosts. They have looked after us very well. Great place to stay especially when you’re with children. Accommodating all your needs. Really close to water park and beach. Bus stop near by 101 bus will take you to the town centre and 102 will take you back. We will visit you next time for sure!!!!
