크카라스 호텔(Kkaras Hotel)

The Kkaras hotel is ideally situated in ayia napa. Bar street, the beach and the harbour for boat trips all within a 5 to 10 mins walk. It is on the bus route with a bus stop near enough right outside if you want to go towards the Nissi Beach/waterpark service 102 or towards Protaras service 101 a single journey costs 1euro 50. 2euro 50 if travelling between 21.00 and 04.00 buses run until the early hours and about every 20mins. It has a supermarket conveniently located right next door which is reasonably priced and has all the essentials you need. The Room was a nice size with a balcony and air conditioning which worked very well. There is a fridge/freezer in the room which is a decent size. The room also has a television and a kettle was provided with a tub of coffee. Breakfast was continental style which consisted of bread, ham, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and jams/marmalade. Also a delicious selection of fresh fruit. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning. The room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels provided. The swimming pool was big enough and plenty of sunbeds around the pool. There is no bar or resteraunt on site (looks like there was in the past) but you can consume items from the supermarket at the pool/outdoor table area. There are showers provided by the pool too. All the staff at the Kkaras hotel were welcoming and friendly. Check out time is 12.00 and you can leave luggage with staff in the reception area whilst you wait for your transfer. I would definitely stay here again if I visited ayia napa again. Bare in mind this is a lower budget hotel so it might not have all the mod cons that some people look for however if you are looking for a competitively priced apar**ent with a superb location then Kkaras hotel is just the job.

Very basic accommodation not too far away from the main areas. Air conditioning wasn’t working too well and it’s quite old and rundown but was fine for a quick stay.

You get what you pay for here..a key to your room and nothing else. AC has no remote and can only be switched on or off, so you either freeze or sweat. TV looked ancient. WiFi was good enough. I woke up at 4am to a group of guys singing drunk first in their own room, then just outside my room, it went on for a good hour and no one came to ask them to stop, so you better be a deep sleeper as there is zero sound protection and no one will be there to assist. No restaurant on site but plenty in the area. Nice pool and the room is spacious so it's not the worst if you have nowhere else to stay.

Na reserva mencionava que a estadia oferecia um café da manhã continental e não forneceram. Informava também que havia ar condicionado e frigobar no quarto, mas cobraram a parte. Não tinham toalha de banho e me deram 2 toalhas de rosto. O quarto estava sujo, com marcas de copo na mesa. Péssima experiência.

L hotel n est pas a jour niveau fonctionnalite.pas de teleconmande pour la climatisation , une tres vieille tele des annees 80 et sans telecommade , piscine non nettoyée et 1m de profondeur , pas de bar , restaurant non ouvert , plage a 10 voir 15 mn de marche . Mais une chose positive l hotel est bien situé , proche du centre ville
