Rooms are great - specially the sea-view rooms. However, as previous reviewers have pointed out there are no tea and coffee sachets in the room - just a kettle and a few cups. The breakfast and dinner are average at best - we have stayed in many similar resorts in Spain and the food here was lacking the usual high standards both in terms of range of choice and quality. The staff in the restaurant was very hard working and polite however the reception staff needs a bit more training in my opinion. Our room locker was not working and after we requested them to fix it, no one turned up despite promises being made. A note for management - reception is the face of a hotel. If they are not good enough and refuses to go that extra mile for customer satisfaction, you’ll keep losing business as time goes by.
