Excellent family restaurant with excellent typical french breakfast. I recommend it strongly

Etablissement qui a été certainement très beau à une époque avec un joli parc en centre ville et qui aujourd'hui demanderait un petit coup de neuf, dans les chambres le mobilier est désuet et la condensation de la climatisation très bruyante se déverse soit dans une bouteille vide ou celle de la chambre voisine dans notre baignoire par un tuyau le long du mur de la salle de bain. Le service et la propreté sont impeccables ainsi que la qualité du petit-déjeuner sauf peut-être qu'il pourrait y avoir des croissants frais plutôt que décongelés. Globalement le séjour s'est bien passé, le prix est correct ce qui fait passer le côté vieillot des installations.

Hôtel parfait Juste que dans l'avenir il faudrait penser à adapter une douche dans les chambres pour les personnes à mobilité réduites.

Great place to stay in fact we even asked if we could stay another night but they were fully booked so we had to move on the following day.

beautiful authentic hotel as a French hotel should be. Comfortable beds, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Secure parking at the hotel. Brilliant location. Highly recommended!!! We will comming back

We stayed here for 5 nights on our honeymoon exploring the area around Avallon. The lady who runs the hotel was very friendly and helpful. This is a typical French provincial hotel done very well - our stay was comfortable and the accommodation was excellent value. The continental breakfast in particular was really great! If there is any downside it would be that some of the decor is a little dated (but everything is perfectly clean and tidy!) and the WiFi reception on the top floor was not very strong, but for us these were really minor points that didn't affect our stay. During our stay the weather was very hot, and thankfully the air conditioning in the room worked well. We wanted a cosy, comfortable, typical French hotel for our mini break, and we were not disappointed! Next time I am in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Decent hotel, good location, cleanliness and room standard good, breakfast good, travelling with family on way back to UK. Stayed one night only but all OK. Staff spoke good English and were friendly.

A very good option. Interesting older property. Well kept and tastefully decorated.

Easily accessed with a vehicle (two entrances to the onsite car park) and a short walk to the centre of town. Older hotel, almost like a period piece. Comfortable. Could smell the cooking in the kitchen in reception.
