호텔 아리스타(Hotel Arista)

The room overall was very nice & clean. I've never stayed any where including my own bed that there is no flat sheet. I have to have a flat sheet because i constantly get hot flakes throughout the night and kick my duvet/ blanket off but need to have something to cover with like a flat sheet. The pillows weren't supportive and very uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the couch with a robe to cover me, which was much better than the terrible mattress. It says the mattress is a pillow to but this was no pillow top mattress. The mattress was extremely firm which made it painful for me to sleep on. Trying to figure out how to watch the TV was a little frustrating because if a station didn't come in it went to a icon screen to choose from. Why can't you just flip through the stations easily? I think you should consider soundproofing the water closet. It isn't something anyone needs to hear their significant other doing.

Was a great experience however my deposit was kept for an unknown reason. My bank and I are still looking into it.

Beautiful room! The staff were very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay and were only a text away. Very clean room with a luxurious bathroom and linens. We were able to request a personal fan and a sound machine which were in our room upon arrival. The Zorba cocktail bar was very classy yet comfortable with several signature drinks. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We stayed here because we got married here a year ago. We just wanted to enjoy the hotel since everything was so chaotic last time. We love the hotel and the bars and restaurants on site. The staff is wonderful. The only thing that sucks is the amount they charge for incidentals. I get charging a card if something happens but $250 EXTRA is a bit extreme. I realize we got the money back but that’s money we had to make sure we transferred into our account so we had enough to cover it all.

Surprisingly spacious room. Had a long, deep tub that was perfect to unwind in after a long day of travel. Was impressed for the cost.

I've stayed here many times over the years. The cleanliness is always good however this time I noticed this standard was lacking a little. Specs of idk what on the toilet seat as I arrived and some dust build up on the bathroom shelf with towels, above the bed headboard and under the tv as well. I took care of the toilet myself and dealt with the dust. Upon check out the man at the desk was very kind and accommodating and walked me out (through a meeting area) to get to my car. I have to say it was still a good stay. Overall experience was good.

Loved hotel Arista! We will be back. Only Monday is not a great day because the Spa and several restaurants were not open.

I called the front desk early Saturday the 14th and got a hold of someone that was extremely rude and did not want to answer any of the questions that were very simple like what time does the bar close when is check out very unprofessional and not answer anything about my room I asked if it had a microwave no answer I asked what side of the building I would be on I wanted to Be on the odd side of the building instead no answer should not be working front desk if he is going to have an attitude.
