Infrastructure is Moderate but sufficient 3) Food - Food is Good. Better to eat in the restaurant at the Ground Floor 4) Connectivity - Excellent Road Connectivity to Aurangabad City, Airport and adjoining cities like Jalna, Pune etc 5) Tariff - Tariff is Moderate. Recommended for Business Travel, Families Overall pleasant and satisfying experience !

호텔은 괜찮은 위치에 있습니다. 꽤 조용하고 조용합니다. 랜드마크인 mgm 병원과 가깝습니다. 직원들은 매우 지원적입니다. 연회 매니저 씨. Gurvinder singh는 품위 있고 지원적입니다. 가치가 추가되는 경우 화장실 공간에서 청결과 위생을 개선할 수 있습니다.

The location of this hotel is good. 15 mins drive from the airport and several restaurants within walking distance. Coming to the hotel, you notice a stingy approach to everything. For example bathrooms do not have napkins, dustbins, tissue paper etc. In addition the exhaust fan did not work making the room smelly! At breakfast which is suppose to be ready by 7.30, it rarely is so. half the items are not there at 7.30 or is served only after you insist for it like juices etc. The internet did not work throughout my stay there despite complaining everyday. That was really bad. Overall not a place Id recommend to people I know.

DDayTrip09176983600It was nice stay at the hotel. The restaurant food was tasty and staff were so cooperative. We all specially liked Buttermilk! I have never tasted such a tasty butter milk! The room was clean and good! Parking space is available. Only one thing was disappointing. There was a family in another room besides us and the gents from that family were drinking alcohol in the corridor! However, in 10 minutes they went back to their rooms and there was no any issue. I suggest management to keep watch on such things to avoid any safety issues in future!

Disappointing Experience at The Fern Aurangabad Despite being a good property, our stay was marred by poor management. The ground staff were courteous and attentive, but the managerial staff seemed indifferent. Issues Encountered: 1. Broken glass bottles were provided to customers (see attached photo), and management justified this. 2. Musty smell in rooms was irritating. 3. Multiple calls were required to get a cup of tea in the morning, with delays blamed on Thai guests. 4. For corporate events, dignitaries were not offered sofas, despite requests. 5. Sapphire Hall toilets were unclean and stinking. 6. Unhygienic dustbins were present at the dining area (see photo). 7. Banquet hall AC was not cooling properly. 8. Food section is too small and creates long queue and it’s like having food inside the Mumbai locals. 9. Chairs are put in banquet hall dining areas which occupies 20% of the space. Management doesn’t listen to remove them to create space. Poor Management: General Manager was unavailable, and Mr. Shashank and Mr. Hemant were uncooperative. Junior staff (Ms. Anjali Phatak) from the corporate office was involved in sending an unpleasant email without understanding the challenges we were facing. Corporate office support was withdrawn instead of addressing concerns. Conclusion: Horrible experience! We will not stay here again if the hotel management doesn’t act on it. Please investigate and arrange for atleast an apology email from Ms Anjali

The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. 리리뷰어Zostel Aurangabad에서 즐거운 시간을 보내고 새로운 여행자를 만나 좋은 대화를 나습니다. 놓친 유일한 것은 식료품 저장실이었고 적어도 차 / 커피 준비가 예상되었습니다. 방은 훌륭했고 화장실은 깨끗했습니다. 직원들은 친절했습니다. 아침 7시에 체크인했지만 리셉션 직원이 나를 위해 이층 침대를 마련했습니다. 전반적으로 나는 행복했다. 친구 n 가족이 n 숙박을 방문하도록 확실히 제안 할 것입니다. 나는 인도 주변의 다른 조스텔을 방문하려고 노력할 것입니다.
