The manager at this IBIS was a genuine 5-Star success. He was professional, courteous, focussed and helpful. Having stayed in numerous 5-Star hotels in Japan, Hong Kong and Shanghai in the past 20 years (and trained staff at several hotels including Hyatt and Hilton), this guy would easily fit in with any one of them.
