베스트 웨스턴 플러스 오거스타 노스 인 & 스위트

Good place for the price/value. Great convenient location to dining, shopping and interstate access. The staff were all great, pleasant and efficient. The breakfast options were good and presented well. The only negatives were my bathroom fan made a terrible noise for several minutes that I worried would disturb my neighbors but it stopped after several minutes. I also see this property starting a slow decline and I have stayed here often before and this makes me sad.

10/10 customer service location and staff

Bastante bien para el precio

They could have cleaned a little better eyelashes on the floor in the bathroom water bottles under the couch

Breakfast was good. There was a good variety of food. I stayed for 3 nights and had to let staff know to clean my room.

This place was right off the highway but, close enough to get where you wanted to go. Excellent room and the front desk service was 100%

From the moment we walked in we really felt welcomed. The entire staff was congenial and helpful. The continental breakfast was exactly what we needed to start the day. The lady, I think her name was Deborah, that maintained the breakfast area was very conscientious and attentive to people’s needs.

I arrived with a confirmed reservation for a room with two queen beds for my family of four. I had even called the hotel days earlier to reconfirm the room type. Despite this, the hotel assigned us a room with only one bed and never informed us of any issue at check‑in. We only discovered the problem after entering the room. When I returned to the front desk, the staff admitted that all 2‑bed rooms were already occupied and blamed ******* for “incorrect availability.” Regardless of the excuse, the hotel had every opportunity to notify me earlier in the day — especially since I had already confirmed the reservation by phone. Instead, my family arrived at 9pm after a long drive with no suitable room available. The hotel offered no solution, no compensation, and no accountability. We were forced to cancel and find another hotel at the last minute, paying more because of the hotel’s failure to honor a confirmed booking. This was one of the most stressful and disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be returning to this property, and I strongly caution other travelers to avoid it.

Alexandria (front desk clerk) was AMAZING! She was very friendly and professional and took care of everything. She made us feel right at home! Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool was great! We had a great stay here and will definitely be staying here again when we are back in Augusta!
