Veey disappointed with the hotel. Horrible customer service. Very poor hygiene. Have to bring my own ham for a breakfast which has to be continental. Staff was sneezing in food. Never book it again.

Easy check in , good clean well furnished rooms , lovely evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant, will stay again ☺️

Someone had left the windows open with the curtains shut so when we arrived at about 10pm it was freezing, the radiator was on but the size in comparison to the room was not right . Staff were great and very helpful and breakfast was fine . Needs alot of money spent on it , but probably to much for owners to care

The room was comfortable and the staff lovely. The breakfast was disappointing, badly presented and unappealing.

upon entering the bedroom we found blood stains on our duvet. the worker pulled off the sheets to reveal a mattress covered in stains of blood and urine. the shower head was covered in mould and the door didn’t close properly unless slammed. we stayed at the time of a private function so the dining room was out of use and a loud group of drunk people were wandering the corridors. we are still trying to get a refund.

Nice welcome from the 2 staff who kindly let us in room a little earlier.Very friendly and smartly dressed. The food on offer was good as was breakfast. The room was large and plenty of space to work in spotlessly clean TV was a little confusing to work. Free parking.

Friendly helpful staff, rooms basic and not the cleanest of standards but for the price, can't complain. Went to the restaurant for tea but only did burgers or pizzas so decided on a take away. Bed not the comfiest, got a sore back and the noise of cars all night on the road outside kept us awake most of the night

Good, clean establishment. Quiet on the weeknights I was there. Nice friendly staff. Decent bar downstairs. I could see staying here again.

We stayed for 3 nites at the property and the condition of the rooms were not great. The shower did not work and as I was staying to attend my mums funeral this wasn’t a great start. The room had been painted but the painter did not move any furniture to paint behind the furniture so it was left with showing that it had been painted around them. We were moved rooms on the third nite to a better room but in the bathroom there was live wires uncovered on the radiator. The staff Sarah and her team were great and eager to help and went out her way to assist us and made u feel very welcome. And her deputy manager forgot his name. Check in is not from 8am as stated more after 3pm. Breakfast wasn’t great ok for just to have something. I would only go back to see Sarah but otherwise I will not be booking this hotel again
