Hotel Mansión del Conde - Adults Only

The hotel is ok. Definitely price is way to high for what it is. The rooms are simple. The dirty rag by the bed is simply gross. The beds are very uncomfortable, they put a lot of pillows on the bed and none is comfortable enough to sleep on. The junior suite was nice size, the water gets hot fast and has great presdure. We had jacuzzi bath in the big size bathroom. TV doesn't offer any channels in English, no Netflix or any other premiumchannels( not complaining, just for information only) They advertise pool, which is silly. The " pool" 1 foot deep with cold water. Jacuzzi next to it filled half way with cold water too. On the top restaurant tables stand right next to it, so when you are in the pool you feel like people expect you to perform some synchronized swimming, because all of them staring at you while they eat. The terrace has beautiful views! The free breakfast wasn't good. I had sunny side up eggs with bacon. Ask for no beans, because I am allergic. The dish came with beans all over eggs and bacon. The eggs and bacon were crazily oversalted. Not just a bit, but to the point I couldn't eat it at all. They also came to the table with pastries asking which one do we want. We got 2 small muffins. On the end of free breakfast they asked us to pay $3.5 usd for small muffins. No one ever told us they were extra. It's not about money, its about trying to trick you. Leave the bad taste in your mouth. The parking from narrow street into super narrow door.

Beautiful hotel right on the Zocalo. Great restaurant at the hotel with lots of healthy options. The jacuzzi was super relaxing and nice. Quiet room. Very comfortable bed.

Amazing view from the pool good service in general everyone makes you feel special Vanessa and Norma at reception gives you a cordial welcome and always willing to help. The restaurant Vittorino’s excellent food and service Paula smile give you a welcome making you feel part of that family, love ❤️ this place

On an ald mansion across the main plaza it is a lovely hotel. We liked the breakfast on a terrace from where you can see the plaza and the Popocatepetl volcano. The restaurant offers local and international dishes.

Me gusto el hotel , la comida , el cuarto no me gusto porque tenía una ubicación ruidosa por estar debajo de una terraza del restaurante, además de los olores que venían de la cocina .
