Nice hotel, convenient to my event and the staff was very friendly and professional. I'm not sure why our room was not cleaned or we were not given fresh towels the next day. However, the front desk did send us fresh towels that evening.

El Hotel esta ubicado en una zona muy bonita y rodeado de restaurantes y transporte, recibimos buen trato y consideracion, todo bien.

房間很大。酒店頂樓有露台。環境不錯，出行便利。midtown附近不少餐館。cool area!

房間還算可以，衞生也行，早餐太簡單，當然也可能是我們不習慣他們的習慣。

체크인 시 음식을 씹는 사람을 등록하세요. 바 및 음식 구역: 바텐더는 한 번에 한 명 이상 핸들링할 수 없습니다. 아주 느린. 메뉴의 피자 & 시금치 딥은 토스트와 함께 나초 칩과 함께 제공되었다고 말했습니다. 피자는 조각으로 자르지도 않았고, 이전 고객이 우리 테이블에 제공한 도구나 접시도 끈적거리지 않았습니다. 닦아달라고 요청해야 했습니다. 바 메이드 이름은 GG였습니다. 건물 앞에 중고 똥주머니가 있었습니다. 전체 경험에 매우 불만족했습니다. 방에 현관 조명이 없었고 욕실 롤 도어에 핀치 포인트가 없었습니다.

Loved the location and cleanliness of the room. Staff was very friendly and polite. Loved that the lobby was on top of the hotel with a beautiful view of the city which was my favorite part of the stay.

We reserved two rooms for us and our daughter’s family. This was a trip to the Georgia Aquarium and this hotel was only ten minutes away. The hotel was very clean and we’d stay there again. The only grip was the bartender in the lounge. He had zero personality and acted like he’d rather be somewhere else. We spent about $170 on drinks plus $15 in tips each night. The only time he commented on anything was when I didn’t give him a tip. If I came back, I’d buy a bottle of rum and have drinks in my room.

Clean, updated rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Easy parking. Great view. Included breakfast was a plus.

The staff was great, from the valet parkers to the desk clerks to the breakfast workers to... Very convenient for our trips to Atlanta - love the skyline views!

Excellent hotel in terms of safety, comfort and cleanliness. The bell/valet staff was friendly and went way out of their way to assist travelers, A+; the front desk could take some tips on friendliness from them. Credit card machines were down and no luggage racks available. Take out food from the bar was horrible at best. Nice views from upper floor bar deck.
