파세오 라 갈레리아 호텔 & 스위트(Paseo la Galeria Hotel & Suites)

Although this was a nice hotel, it was not up to the standards we are accustomed to in Paraguay. We arrived very early in the morning and the lobby was not staffed and all the lights were out. The hotel has no bell service and lacks amenities such as free coffee in the room or body lotion, that are standard in other hotels. The staff was friendly, but they simply weren't as friendly and helpful as other hotels we have stayed in in Asuncion. In addition, we had problems with the TV controls. At first they simply did not work. We had to have maintenance come three times before we finally got them to work - more or less. Breakfast was average with very little variety - same thing every day. It is, however, very conveniently located right next to a major shopping mall.

The pros are that is is extremely well-located right next to a major shopping mall that has lots of good dining options. The rooms are spacious and clean. The cons are that the rooms lack amenities. There is no body lotion or free in-room coffee, for example. Also, there is no bell service. We arrive around 2 AM and found that the lobby lights were turned off and the check-in desk was not staffed. We had to have security call them. The breakfasts are average and there is little variation from day-to-day. It's pretty much the same thing every day. There is no pool. The staff is friendly, but not overly friendly or helpful as other hotels in Asuncion. The TV service really needs an upgrade. The Tigo (the local TV cable provider) control did not work when we got to our room. We had to call maintenance. They changed the batteries and said it now worked. It didn't. All in all, we had to call them 3 times before we got it to work, and then just barely. In the end, we were rather disappointed in the hotel and will be booking a different one the next time we are in Asuncion.

The rooms were well-appointed, featuring contemporary decor and amenities that enhanced the overall comfort of my stay. The bedding was cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the room's cleanliness was impeccable. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to the shopping malls provided ample opportunities for entertainment, dining, and retail therapy. It was incredibly convenient to have a variety of options within walking distance. However, while my stay was delightful, one aspect that could be improved upon is the breakfast. Although the breakfast offered a decent selection, I felt that there was room for enhancement in terms of variety and quality of the food provided.

very modern hotel, located in a great place (connected to the newest mall and restaraunt area in the country)

I stay here often. They have almost everything I need with kitchenette. Some rooms are set up a little differently then others and have different amenities.

This hotel is not customer friendly. The parking is a mess to find, no clear directions on how to get to the hotel parking and front desk. Elevators take a slecial kind of gift to figure out. The only good part of this hotel is that its attached to the mall.
