Si quieres conservar tu espalda no recomiendo nada este establecimiento. Palabras textuales del RESPONSABLE: ” YA SE QUE ES UNA MIERDA PERO LO TENGO LLENO” ¿Está usted orgulloso como empresario de que su establecimiento este lleno de gente que no puede pagar 100€ por una noche en llanes y no por la calidad de sus servicios? Eso lo dice todo de usted. El establecimiento a parte de mediocre, las camas son literalmente de 1950, con muelles que sobresalen y te destrozan la espalda por la noche ya que te los clavas impidiéndote descansar que es el fin principal con el que reservas. Por otro lado, nos pusimos en contacto con el establecimiento para comentar nuestro desagrado ya que por el precio que mínimo que tener una cama ”normal” en la que descansar, el responsable del alojamiento a parte de no present**** como tal al hablar con él, se negó a darnos la hoja de reclamaciones ya que nos habían devuelto 20€ por las molestias cuando en realidad deverian de pagarnos a nosotros por alojarnos allí.

Un lugar increible para ir en familia, a un pasito de la playa (todo un lujo) Con amplia carta y un excelente menú, bastante completo y el desayuno tipo buffet con todo tipo de cosas,fruta,bollería,salados y sección para celiacos que mi hija lo es y se agradece. Maquina de café recien molido, una pasada no tomar agua chirri. Mi habitación amplia y limpia. Personal amable y educado. Un pena marchar de dicho paraje.

The hotel as a whole is a beautiful place in a wonderful location. The first impression was great. Friendly and welcoming check-in. However, once details come up and they are not resolved, it becomes annoying. Rooms lack basic amenities like tissues, cotton buds, cotton pads, nail file (amenities that are standard in a 5 star hotel). The same room types, which cost exactly the same per night, differ in the amenities that are available in some and not in others. We have 3 rooms of the same category. For example, there is full body mirror in room 203. But a mirror in room 202. (Same room type.) There is a long full-length mirror in 203 and 103 and there is none in 202. There is also a coffee maker in 202 but not in the other 2 rooms.. these are small insignificant details. The biggest problem is not the lack of amenities but the lack of attention because there is not enough staff. It's really a ”one man show”.... In the F&B areas. At the reception... no one answers the phone when you need reception and the coffee at breakfast only comes after breakfast has already been served... feel sorry for the poor staff, they are overworked. However when you need something done in the room... you can call and call, they might apologise but no other solution is given other than a room move. Which on a holiday is not very practical. The bathroom blinds in room 202 are damaged, no one even tries to fix it. In room 203 the windows do not open (faulty) maintenance does not check the condition... only solution is a room move... it would be nice for at least a gesture of finding a solution... I hope the people in charge read this because the place is beautiful, it has a lot of potential and it would be nice if other future guests could enjoy it and not be annoyed by small details that add up and become a burden during the stay.
