Everything is perfect!! As soon as you enter the threshold of this place your heart glows!! The entrance is joy for your spirit. Camillo Viviana and Azzurra are eager to please you. The staff is excellent. Alberto a young prince at the bar along with Manfredo and Cristiano are all stunning. Sam at the restaurant unique. Let alone the food!! Please, I suggest you all to taste the tagliolini alla Cipriani!! Unforgettable..and the garden and the rooms!!! Wonderful Thank you all from the bottom of my heart Angy

Our second visit to this exquisite hotel. The first was 20 years ago when we were married in Asolo - this was our anniversary. Staff went above and beyond. The bar, restaurants, pool and spa were above and beyond. The most romantic town in the world - and a very special hotel!

Enjoyable stay at Cipriani. Although it was off season and quiet, the welcome from friendly reception and barman was a warm. Great cocktails and enjoyable charming hotel which retains its old school character. Short walk into town for restaurants.

A most beautiful setting, old world charm such as the waiters in white vests or coats is charming. Gardens are lovely and the views are spectacular. Very friendly staff who seek to accommodate their guests needs is A . Only item the property might want to consider is to boost the wi-fi coverage.

5 star prices for the meal but only 3 star quality . Tempur fish and veg tasty but worth 15 to 20 euros max not 30. Additionally the waiter had a bad cold and the contents of his nose began to flow out. Fortunately he turned his head away as he was filleting my fish at the time. He used his handkerchief to stop the nasal fluid but then failed to clean his hands. Put me off my meal.

Lovely hotel, very nicely kept house, gardens and grounds. Everything nicely decorated with high attention to detail. Pool area is very tranquil with nice views, very relaxing. It’s also nicely maintained with poolside attendant. Lovely Spa with very skilled staff. Restaurant is very nicely done, food really good quality and staff very pleasant. Staff generally at the hotel are friendly and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. We felt very sad having to leave and looked into extending our stay. We have serious post holiday blues at home and hope to return soon!

I love the Villa Cipriani Hotel and have stayed there for a beautiful event a few years back. The grounds are beautiful and the experience I had in the past was fantastic. Unfortunately, we decided to go here for lunch at their outdoor restaurant overlooking the hillside and poos, and soak in the beautiful views. That's were the fun ended.. The hotel is severely understaffed and we waiting 90 minutes for sandwiches and pizza. The pizza was probably the worst I've ever tasted. Stouffer's frozen pizza would've been a better choice. After waiting 90 minutes for our friend's pizza was forgotten and it took another 20 minutes. Once the pizza was ready, the waitress walked back and forth and left the pizza out by the kitchen as she couldn't make the decision or priority to bring the overdue pizza to our guest. I was so embarrassed that I went up to the outdoor kitchen and picked up the pizza myself. Of course it was cold and we decided to leave. There were 8 of us and the bill came to about 350 Euro. Definitely not worth it for a casual lunch. I'm giving 2 points instead of 1 as we complained to the manager and they only charged us 3 euro each for the service charge. Of course they blamed Covid, but other restaurants serve fantastic food with great service without this excuse. This was such a turnoff that I will never go back for lunch.

While the grounds are beautiful, the food and the service at the restaurant near the pool was absolutely the worst. We went for a short lunch and ended up taking over an hour and a half. The pizza was microwaved quality and no taste at all. Hopefully the hotel listens to the poor reviews and does some thing about it quickly.

What a treat! We could have stayed in Asola forever. The hotel has a great history that stretches from Robert Browning to the Guinness’ to the hotelier Cipriani of Harry’s Bar fame. Wonderful property that will not disappoint! Enjoy the gardens and let your cares melt away.
