An amazing Valentine’s weekend!! We had the pleasure of returning to this gem!! We booked our favorite room- room 3 at the Sweet Biscuit Inn. We booked the February special, the romance package- which included roses, chocolates and champagne that were waiting in our room. The inn is beautiful, clean and so inviting. The wonderful cookies and chocolate tarts were delicious with the Biltmore wines every evening and make the perfect dessert. The three course breakfast was amazing once again.we cannot wait to return!!

This wonderful Inn was all that it advertised it was. Beautiful old home in a very pleasant neighborhood. 10 minutes from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore house. The owners are very accommodating and I’ve never had such wonderful breakfast at a bed-and-breakfast ; a three course breakfast cooked to perfection. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

We loved Sweet Biscuit and our charming hosts Susan and John. We were welcomed upon arrival with a brief tour and shown to our room. Lots of little extras like cookies, coffees, teas, and bottled waters. And nice warm robes in the room. Clean room, comfortable bed. And the 3-course breakfast is to die for! Definitely the best breakfast I’ve had at a B&B. If you tell them your dietary restrictions ahead of time they will do their best to accommodate you. I felt so spoiled! They are super close to Biltmore and also close to everything else you’d want to do in Asheville. We’ll be back! Thank you John and Susan!

We absolutely loved this place. We planned a visit to the Biltmore for the Christmas Candle Light tour and wanted a place in the vicinity. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by John, who helped with our luggage and check-in. John was very friendly and gave us the full run down on the property and tips, bits on the local cuisine. The property is very spacious and beautifully decorated with every amenity needed. We loved the cleanliness and how every detail was planned and pleasantly in place. We especially loved the extra large bath towels, designer robes, make-up removal packets, assortment of GF cookies, wines, water, books, and wifi all-inclusive. John and Susan were both excellent hosts and made our visit feel special. Our three course breakfast was absolutely amazing with the best egg soufflé we've ever had. The Sweet Biscuit Inn deserves a 6th star in our book. Thank- you John and Susan!

Charming hosts and delicious breakfasts, elegantly served. Beautiful and comfortable room with everything we needed. Greatly exceeded our expectations. Will recommend to all our friends. John and Susan, thank you for a beautiful time.

Another superb stay at the Sweet Biscuit Inn! We celebrated our anniversary here last year and again this year. Every experience is perfect from the quiet, lovely neighborhood; the spacious, well-decorated rooms, dining room and front porch; to the incredibly delicious 3-course breakfast!
