호텔 캐피탈 살틸로(Capital Hotel Saltillo)

Staff was excellent. I chose this hotel because of the review rating. The room smelled strange, sheets on both beds had yellow stains. Beds had hair balls on them. It was just in general dirty. You can hear everything going on in the other rooms. When the neighbor went to the bathroom, we got a hint of urine aroma. Not good. Went be back

The hotel facility is of a low standard. The AC/heating does not work effectively. There are not enough electric outlets. The shower water is small. The desk is too simple. The check-in process was complicated and a 100 peso deposit was required for the TV control. The complimentary breakfast is OK.

I frequently stay at inexpensive hotels, but this place is terrible. There is a lot of noise from both the traffic outside and guests inside. In my room I could easily hear conversations in the lobby. There wasn't any bottled water in the room. The heater didn't work well, and the light on the unit illuminated the entire room. There were no hand or face towels... just two bath towels that were as rough as sand paper. And the worst part: the cleanliness... Even though there was a notice on the toilet that it was sanitized, there was a huge black hair right on top. And look at the photo... I used a towel to wipe the bottom of the shower! Disgusting!

Great staff and service , great option for the price, clean rooms , quiet and peaceful good amenities and overall great experience. Great option if you need to stop and rest for the night.

The walls are really thin, and u can hear everything in the rooms from the hallway. They need more help with breakfast, only 1 lady, its too much for her.

El trato y la amabilidad de la persona en recepción no fueron tan buenos como yo esperaba; Senti más bien un trato frio y robotico; Esperaba algo quizás más calido. La ropa de cama me pareció insuficiente pues por la noche pase mucho frío; nunca había estado en un hotel con tan precaria ropa de cama. La regadera tenia tan tapados los orificios del agua que ésta salia tan delgada y fuerte que hasta molestaba en la piel. La televisión era por mucho más quequeña de lo que esperaba. El marco de la puerta estaba roto por dentro lo cual me daba una sensación de inseguridad.

La habitación se supone q era libre de humo y apestaba a cigarro. Las puertas de las habitaciones eran huecas, se escuchaba hasta el murmullo de las personas al pasar, además de q son inseguras. El desayuno fue muy malo, el huevo mal cocido y los frijoles quemados, lo único pasable era la fruta

Buena relación precio calidad. Si puedes pagar un poco más recomiendo elijas otro hotel.

Lo bueno. Las instalaciones son muy buenas la habitación es sencilla pero cómoda. El servicio es excelente. Está muy muy limpio. Es Económico. Hay una plaza comercial a menos de 5 minutos. Queda a 10 minutos de la central de autobuses. Lo malo. Poca presión de agua en regadera, al bañarte el "chorrito" es débil y es exagerada la presión en el lavamanos, termine empapado 😂 En términos generales le doy un 9, no le doy el 10 por el agua.
