This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. As experienced travelers, we highly appreciated the down-to-the-detail property and operation of the hotel. It is warm, welcoming, well equipped and very well managed. With that - very personal, and informal. Our junior suite was spacious, and had excellent facilities. Wonderful breakfast with lots of options to choose from. The spa is great, with saunas and a swimmable pool. We loved the daily recommendations sheet. For skiers - the hotel is accessible both ways (in and out) directly to the slopes with a 30m walk. Last, a warm thank you to Karin and the excellent staff who made our stay so enjoyable. A great hotel set in a very Swiss resort Book direct and the hotel owners will pick you up from the station. Also, a nice drink awaits you at reception. Location- an easy walk down to the lake and the cable car (Gondola) that takes you to bear sanctuary and Weisshorn mountain summit. Also at the start of a street full of bars and restaurants. However, the location is very peaceful. Hosts- wonderful, really hospitable and speak perfect English. Rooms- spacious, light and clean. Breakfast- a huge selection including Sekt. Eggs and coffee made to your liking, on demand. The town of Arosa had a real sense of being 'the most Swiss' place that we had been to during the nine years that we had lived here. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic hotel with excellent views, great breakfast, good beds and spa. The best part was the superb service, Karin is the perfect host. She went above and beond to make sure our stay was enjoyable with booking great resturants, giving great tips (early bird skiing) and being genuinely attentive. Highly recommended.

Weve been to fancy hotels before but this was different.besides being fancy it is so cozy and homey! every detail is perfect! from the luxurious cozy bathroom to the comfy couches and dreamy bedroom!the service is exceptional-karen and her staff were amazing catering to our individual needs and went out of their way as if we were the only guests in their hotel!!!thank you for the most amazing time we had in belarosa!

Best service, beautiful Mountain View, the staff is excellent. Karen, the manager is exceptional. The breakfast was the best in Europe. Good central location. Quiet, clean. I highly recommend this hotel you will be very pleased.

Great hotel, very nice and spacious rooms, very clean, staff made you feel at home, very nice SPA amenities , excellent breakfast choices. The hotel is perfectly located, close to very good restaurants and walking distance from everything . Would go back in a heartbeat.

Einmal mehr haben wir im heimeligen BelArosa gastiert und es war wieder fantastisch. Sei es das vielseitige Frühstücksbufett, die gemütlich eingerichteten Zimmer, oder die herzliche Gastfreundschaft - das BelArosa ist in jeglicher Hinsicht immer eine Reise wert! Ein Hotel mit Gastgeber-Herzblut - heutzutage keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr. Daher passt der Hotel-Slogan „Sie kommen als Gast und gehen als Freund“ passt perfekt!

Die Bewertungen für das BelArosa sind mehr als verdient. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden, es gibt wirklich nichts aussetzen. Schon der Empfang ist sehr herzlich. Alle, angeführt von der Hotelleitung über das ganze Personal ist stets freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gross und bieten viel Platz zum Verweilen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Die verschiedenen frischen Produkte, Brote, Eier, Früchtebuffet und die anderen leckeren Sachen sind fein zubereitet. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, Skipiste, Bergbahnen, Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir empfehlend das Hotel BelArosa gerne weiter, es ist eine super Adresse. Wir werden wieder kommen...
