츄겐 그랜드 호텔(Tschuggen Grand Hotel - the Leading Hotels of the World)

Another awesome stay in Tschuggen Grand Hotel, which to a large extent is a credit to the hotel’s amazing and professional staff (special thanks to the Grand Restaurant and the Kids club teams for making our 4-year old feel like a special guest). The new menu in the Basement restaurant was a nice refresh. A truly luxury experience, we will be back next year! P.S. A minor point of feedback: a small table on the balcony next to the sun loungers to put down a glass/cup would be nice =).

A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff in the wonderful mountains of Arosa! We had an amazing stay at the Tschuggen. The staff is very attentive and kind. The food is delicious. We are already looking forward to our next vacation in the Tschuggen!

Everything at the hotel was just perfect. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms, restaurants, bar area, spa were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. You can tell that guest comfort is extremely important here and a lot of thought has gone into making each guest feel taken care of. Amenities for skiing were excellent, including the very unique private cabin to the slopes! Dining at La Brezza was superb. There is nothing that could have been done better.

Hotel is probably the only 5 star property in the area . It had its own pvt railway that takes skiers to the top of the hill . The spa and pool are outstanding . Staff is ever willing to help with the smallest of the need . An experience worthy of your time in the alps

This was our third visit and has been nothing short of amazing. December at Tschuggen is magical. The festive decorations, including the beautiful Christmas tree, create a warm and joyous atmosphere. One of the aspects we truly appreciate is the personalized touch to our stay. It's evident that your team goes above and beyond to make guests feel special, and we are thankful for the attention to detail that made our stay memorable. A special thank you for orchestrating such a unique and exceptional stay for us. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The location, staffs, facilities of this hotel is amazing, we would say this is one of our very best holiday ever and we would def try to come back. The sceneries are beautiful, the cable express is a wonderful add on.

We’re still on our vacation but will surely update more as we go along. At this time being, it’s not looking that great in terms of service that varied greatly between one person to the next. We are a party of a two. The treatments received by my partner versus me vary vastly different (and not in a good way). This is 2023 heading into 2024. For a five-star hotel, this is a shame. Despite everything else and the hotel and its location, service trumps all and what sets one as five-stars. While there are plenty that do show professionalism, kindness and courtesy - there are many others that do not. Shape up your game is what I’ve got to tell you at this moment. Once the trip is over, there’ll be a much more detailed review.

The best of the best - no more words needed!! Hier werden all deine Wünsche erfüllt! Service, Zimmer, Spa, Essen, Bar, einfach alles ausgezeichnet und 5-Sterne-Niveau! Aber zum Glück nicht abgehoben. Wir kommen garantiert wieder! 👍👍👍👍👍
