Our stay at Hotel Tschuggen in Arosa was extraordinary. The outstanding service made us feel truly special, with the staff consistently going the extra mile. The hotel's daily activities, including a mushroom-picking excursion with the general manager, were delightful and enriching, alongside daily yoga sessions. Our room was luxurious, and room service was impressively fast, always within 15 minutes. The shuttle service was incredibly convenient, and the Tschuggen Express private cable car provided exclusive and quick access to the mountains and top spots like Bear-Land. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, especially with its breakfast buffet featuring local, seasonal products, vegan and vegetarian options, and freshly prepared meals. We appreciated the vegetarian/vegan menu and healthy options available throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mauro and Robert for their warm hospitality. The gym was super clean and equipped with new machines, and the spa offered a relaxing experience. The kids club was convenient in case of bad weather and offered a wide range of quality toys, furniture, and activities. Overall, Hotel Tschuggen is very child and family-friendly, making it an ideal destination for all. The combination of outstanding service, unique activities, exceptional dining, and convenient transport options made our stay unforgettable. We cannot wait to come back in winter.

A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff in the wonderful mountains of Arosa! We had an amazing stay at the Tschuggen. The staff is very attentive and kind. The food is delicious. We are already looking forward to our next vacation in the Tschuggen!

Everything at the hotel was just perfect. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms, restaurants, bar area, spa were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. You can tell that guest comfort is extremely important here and a lot of thought has gone into making each guest feel taken care of. Amenities for skiing were excellent, including the very unique private cabin to the slopes! Dining at La Brezza was superb. There is nothing that could have been done better.

This was our third visit and has been nothing short of amazing. December at Tschuggen is magical. The festive decorations, including the beautiful Christmas tree, create a warm and joyous atmosphere. One of the aspects we truly appreciate is the personalized touch to our stay. It's evident that your team goes above and beyond to make guests feel special, and we are thankful for the attention to detail that made our stay memorable. A special thank you for orchestrating such a unique and exceptional stay for us. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The location, staffs, facilities of this hotel is amazing, we would say this is one of our very best holiday ever and we would def try to come back. The sceneries are beautiful, the cable express is a wonderful add on.
