La amabilidad y el servicio es excelente. Está limpio, lo cual es importante y la cama era muy cómoda. Una gran vista de la Cordillera completa la habitación grande y espaciosa. El hotel tiene un encanto colombiano y me gusta la decoración rústica. El personal es abrazable, son muy cariñosos. ¡Vuelvo enseguida! Gracias Armenia Hotel

Had a wonderful experience over the course of my week long stay. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I was able to check in early and extend my stay without issue. The suite was well organized without wasted space, beautifully designed and very comfortable. My only criticism is the double bed, for a corner suite with such a breathtaking view of the mountains I couldn’t get over the fact that my feet had to hang off the bed. A queen bed could have fit the space even if it were a little more cramped. Other reviews complained of street noise and the upstairs bar but with the blinds drawn it really cuts out the noise. They also have a nespresso machine in the room to brew up delicious local coffee along with other drinks and snack options in the mini fridge. Amenities were also a highlight here, the gym and sauna room were wonderfully clean and equip. The concierge also provides transportation with reliable individuals and money exchanging services (at a higher rate than you would at a western union in town) but provides you with the convenience and security of not having to transport any large quantities of cash with you. The floors are sectioned off with key card access to each floor via the elevator and posted security in the main lobby at all times. The rooftop bar was an oasis after a long day out in town. The downstairs coffee lounge was light and airy with hanging plants and a decent breakfast selection from the American breakfast of eggs, bacon or cheese, croissant and toast or arepa or choclo waffle, fruit plate, fruit juices and hot coffee or chocolate or a yogurt and granola option. There is Wi-Fi in the rooms but it was spotty on the balcony (probably from the thick concrete construction) but I had an amazing time and can not wait to return.

훌륭한 호텔, 여러 번 머물렀고 체크인은 항상 느리지 만 거기에 도착하지만 가방과 방에 매우 도움이되고 다른 모든 것을 도와줍니다. 로비는 로비에 인접한 카페 / 바가 있으며 사랑스러운 바리스타가 있습니다. 객실은 넓고 침대는 매우 편안하고 매우 깨끗하며 욕실도 매우 깨끗하며 WiFi도 꽤 좋습니다. 가정부 서비스는 훌륭하고 친절합니다. 3층에 있는 레스토랑은 항상 좋은 음식을 제공하며 아침 식사도 매우 좋습니다. 옥상 바와 수영장에서 식사를 할 수 있습니다. 수영장과 자쿠지는 산과 도시의 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있어 아름답습니다. 무료 주차도 매우 저렴합니다. 다시 올 것이다. Cafe Quindio, La Fogata, La Estación Del Crepe 및 훌륭한 쇼핑몰 근처 거리에 멋진 바와 카페가 거의 없으며 Portal del Quindio, 아름다운 공원도 도보로 15분, Parque de Vida, 작은 입장료가 있습니다. 공항에서 30분 거리에 있는 공공 노란색 택시/택시는 신뢰할 수 있고 저렴합니다.

Buena ubicación, muy central, habitaciones grandes, buen desayuno y con varias opciones. Pero tuvimos problemas con el control del televisor ya que toco ir a cambiarlo como 4 veces y con el aseo de la taza del baño, ya que no nos la entregaron en perfectas condiciones
