Merry Christmas Eve To Me!?? After booking my reservation and paying for it online, i was argued with and told it wasnt paid, I was made to cancle and rebook mulitple reservation back to back to back, then instead of giving me my room and key to go put my belongings up and be able to relax instead i was made to sit in the lobby for hours on end until they could sort out the issue. I booked my reservation, it's paid for, now I currently lay in bed, when the wifi disconnects, i check the wifi and try to log in, it says wrong last name or room number, i know my name and i know my number, i check the hotel app, "They have Checked me Out" as I am still a Guest, and my Stay has Already Been Paid for After Extending my Stay, I hope They Dont Expect me to Repeat the process, this is now there problem, They need to Get Their S*** Together as a Establishment!!!
