Good location, amenities are good with couch and table and office desk. The only thing is the air is not fresh as it smells like moldy odor. The breakfast provides variety of foods, staffs are nice and friendly. Generally very good!

The front desk staff was amazing! I wish I could remember all their names so I could praise them individually. They all were so friendly and welcoming. From check in to check out and everything in between, they went above and beyond. What a wonderful team!

just got to say their customer service was so amazing and they’re so kind and friendly and outgoing, even though the hotel was under renovation, it still was a good place to stay and also the rooms were big. Yes it needed a little bit of light fixture that’s about it in our room but besides that everything was good I would definitely stay there again if I would come back to Arlington.

We had to change rooms upon arrival as it smelled very musty upon arrival. Second room was better but we learned we had to keep the air on to keep mustiness away. We had to request a room clean as it is not done daily. Breakfast was decent. We came for an extended stay after going to football game. Walkable to stadium. Hotel offers shuttle to stadium but it's a bit steep at $25pp

We were so disappointed that there was no indication that the hotel was under renovation. There were big bins and buckets throughout the main entrance full of water dripping from the sealing so we had to be super careful walking bye so we wouldn’t get hurt. When housekeepers finally came to clean the room they only did the bed and put new towels. Don’t bother to vacuum floor. And for the breakfast they kept running out of food and would get upset when asked if more was coming out. The TV in the room had a line going through the TV and although there were two TV’s there was only one remote so when turning one TV on the other would turn off. And the kicker to this whole trip was the hotel having an outdoor pool but not being open although the weather was in the 80’s on most days. Very disappointing as we particularly chose the hotel for the pool.
