Ariana 호텔

나는 8 월에 1 박 동안 여기에 머물렀고 프론트 데스크에서 Ismail에서 좋은 환영을 받았습니다. 예약에서 천재 상태를 가지고 있기 때문에 허용 한 상사와 전화로 업그레이드 협상을했습니다. 나는 꽤 멋지고 넓은 표준 방을 방문했다 (34m2), 그리고 2 개의 침실, 거실, 자쿠지 욕조가있는 큰 욕실과 거대한 부엌 플러스 가구가없는 테라스와 함께 2 개의 방 스위트에 갔다. 한 침실에 싱글침대 2개, 다른 침실에 더블침대 1개가 있었는데, 둘 다 벽에 TV 화면이 붙어 있었습니다. 거실에 편안한 소파와 대형 화면 TV가 있었습니다. 주방에 세탁기가 있어서 장기투숙에 유용할 수 있으나 실질적으로기구나 식기가 없었습니다. 수영장을 보니 수영 길이에 적합하지 않은 수영장이 그리 크지 않아 얕은 끝이 아이들을 위해 밧줄로 떨어졌습니다. 아침 식사가 가격에 포함되어 있다는 것을 완전히 잊어버렸기 때문에 나중에 딸기 주스 (여름에는 튀니지에서 오렌지가 없습니다!), 치즈 오믈렛 및 룸 서비스에서 과일 한 접시를 주문했는데 빨리 도착했습니다. 환상적인 자쿠지 욕조에서 샤워하러 갔다. 욕실에 샤워캡이 없고 하우스 키핑도 하나도 없었지만 최악인 것은 온수가 없다는 것. 내가 떠났을 때 친절한 여성이 나에게 작별 인사를하기 위해왔다. 그것은 멋졌다. 그러나 내가 그들이 뜨거운 물을 가지고 있다고 확신하지 않으면 나는 다시 여기에 머물지 않을 것이다.

I have recently come back from staying a week at this hotel. Absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly. The service was great. We had booked large room to deliver training and they always went above and beyond during my stay. The WiFi was great during the day, but then could be intermittent in the evening but was nothing to worry about as the pool side was busy and there was a great atmosphere. The staff speak little English, but always tried to help where ever they could and would always greet me when in passing. The food, well what can I say? It was amazing! The breakfast, lunch and evening meals were absolutely amazing and don't understand why some people have said it needs improving. Rooms are always made and the hotel was clean. The pool was crystal clear and would always be cleaned every morning when I would go out on my balcony for a smoke. My room size was great and the bathroom was emaculate. Although the poolside does get bust at night, the noise was tolerable and did not go on for longer than necessary. The conference room that we had book did get a little warm even though the AC was on max, but that added to the experience. We always have fresh water bottles in the conference room in the morning and replenished in the afternoon. They reception staff were always friendly & help me on my check out when I could not locate my wallet (my fault as forgot where I had placed it). After such a great week, I was reluctant to come back to England. This overall was a great first visit to Tunisia and my overall experience of the country was enhanced by the lovely hotel staff and amazing food. If I had to give a CON it would be that the larger fish needed to be in a bigger tank. Thank you for a great experience and I wish you all the best.
