工作人員熱情周到。酒店位置很好，距離 Plaza de Armas 武器廣場，Catedral 大教堂，安第斯聖殿博物館 Museum of Andean Santuaries, 聖卡特琳娜修道院 Monasterio d Santa Catalina 等景點, 步行十分鐘左右即可抵達。酒店頂層有餐廳與酒吧，可以從酒店頂層觀看大教堂與遠處的雪山🏔️。唯一美中不足的是 早餐自助餐簡單了點。

Wre are seasoned travellers so don't think we are being picky, but this hotel is noisy and the photo of the cathedral view is misleading. Firstly, we had room 309 which iis the room they use in the advert for the view. What they don't show is that the majority of the view is a car park and the left hand side of the view is obliterated by an unfinished brick wall. Secondly the hotel.is noisy. Room 309 sits directly below the terrace bar and has minimal noise insulation. Whilst the music stopped at 10 pm, staff were reorganising the chairs and tables until at least 11.45pm, scraping them across what was effectively our ceiling. It was at this point we phoned reception and asked to be moved as even with earplugs it was impossible to sleep. We could also see this happening again at 6.00 am for breakfast. They accommodated us in an internal room,but because of the lack of noise insulation you can hear every movement in the room upstairs, which woke us at. 6.45am. Oh and bring an eye mask as the internal rooms have a section of window that has no curtain. Staff were very good in changing our room, and the hotel is very well located, just be aware that you may not get the good nights sleep you were expecting.

Had an excellent experience in the hotel. It was beautiful with view to the cathedral. The Hotel have a rooftop with a bar and food. They play music diring the evening while you enjoy the sunset. It just 3min walking from Plaza de Armas. A lot of resturant options near the hotel.

Absolutely loved our two night stay at the Hotel, everyone was really friendly and welcoming. This is such a pretty hotel, well decorated with spacious comfortable rooms. The breakfast at the roof top terrace was breathtaking.

Absolutely perfect location. Everyone from the front desk staff to the room attendant was exceptional. Breakfast comes with specialty coffee and fresh pressed juice! What more can I say?

For a new a hotel, this place didnt let down. I stayed here almost 2 werks. I did have a couple of things that i didnt agree with. But the staff was quick and helpful to fix my concerns. I had a couples massage as well and it was a great service for me and my fiancé. This hotel is super close to the center of Arequipa a.k.a the Plaza de Armas and many shopping spots and restaurants, as well as clubs/bars. I would definitely stay here again when i visit Arequipa especially since my fiancé is from Arequipa and she liked it as well.
