Nice Hotel. Parking is tricky. Pool Nice looking. Breakfast Buffett excellent! Staff helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and had a nice view of the sea.

We spend time at the hotel during summer season. The staff was super nice, the food good and the setting absolutely gorgeous. Our room was modern and fairly spacey with a great mattress. The large pool is 33 meters long with salt water situated on top of the hotel. Great for working out and such a cool place. We read a lot of reviews before going to the hotel. Yes, the hotel is not the most modern one and has patina. In the beginning, the ways around the hotel can be confusing. And the beach is a bit of a walk or a ride in an ancient cable car away. If you are a regular to Italy, nothing of this will come as a surprise. And in my opinion, if you wanted the modern and perfect version of the hotel, it would cost double. We were super happy and will likely go there again.

I was very disappointed. I was really looking forward to visiting the resort because from the online photos it looked like a lovely hotel perched high on the cliff with nice facilities. Unfortunately the reality is a different story. The whole property is severely run-down. The pool and bar area look like they haven’t had any work done to them since the 1980’s. The inclinator was not working most of the time, as it needed a rest to not overheat motors. And when it does run, it is smelly, hot and a very loud and rough ride. The bar below the inclinator was derelict. The pool and beach chairs were very old disgusting. The round pool near the restaurant was not being used. With a little refit this could be a great adults only area, with a nice bar and some good music. The main pool was green, and had a feeling of a cheap run down public pool rather than an exclusive cliff top resort pool. The layout of the hotel does not make sense, you take an elevator up to then have to take more stairs up and then down again, it’s like a maze. It has potential to be a great resort with some work, but as it is now I would not recommend it to anyone.

we just got back from 5 days at Hotel Punta San Martino very good - amazing place - amazing view we came for vacation to relax and be a family and get away from our busy life the one small thing than did not make this it an excellent place is the fact the hotels has these events / meeting ( after covid i do not blame them ) the day we arrived we just wanted to relax - pool was full of people with drinks, load music - not so relaxing ! a big grazie to valentina in reception who took care of us and more than once made our dinner in town amazing. ps the funicolare is great

Everything was perfect! Good employees, good breakfast, wonderfully placed hotel.

We booked the hotel partly because the pools looked nice but they were too dirty to even swim in. The breakfast was bad. The hotel is like a labyrinth. Hard to find around and just one elevator that is reeeeally slow.

The property and service were amazing but my balcony looked out into the tanning deck with plenty of foot traffic making us feel on display while in our room. There was no coffee maker or espresso machine in the room. Valet parking meant they took our car to a lot and then we had to find it later which involved walking through the maze of the hotel. The service at the front desk and with the gentlemen that helped us with our bags was incredible and I have nothing bad to say about them.

We had a short vacation + a party at PSM with 21 friends - and it was an absolute pleasure. - all details was taken care of by Mr. Ferraro Himself and his amazing team - we stayed for four days and it was fantastic. highly recommendable. incredible food - best location - Amazing in every way
