승리하는 서비스입니다. 좋은 위치와 훌륭한 서비스와 결합하여 숙박은 일주에 매우 긍정적 인 출발을주었습니다. 호텔은 해양 느낌을 선택했습니다. 항구 옆에 위치하고 있다는 것을 고려하면 적절합니다. 나는 전기 자동차를 미리 주차 할 것을 예약했고 호텔에 도착했을 때 그 장소는 다른 사람이 가져 갔다. 접수 원은 매우 해결책을 지향했으며 원래 예약 한 주차장만큼 좋은 주차장을 찾도록 도와주었습니다. 아마 더 좋을 것입니다. 아침 식사는 매우 좋았고 여행 할 때 체크 아웃하기 쉬웠습니다. 호텔은 매우 현대적이지 않지만 손님으로 필요한 모든 것을 보유하고 있습니다. 나는 그 서비스 때문에 4 개의 ”별”을 주었다.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand hotel Arendal. The staff was very friendly and helping. We had 2 dogs with us, which was no problem for a low fee. Clean room, average bathroom, Comfortable beds and lounge chairs.

Breakfast fantastic, nice surroundings. However, much of the staff doesn't seem to care or take responsibility. A couple of people did a good job, but others seemed just to ”play smart”, without caring about guests and service. Tables left uncleaned, surroundings (cabins, glamping tents) not really maintained, looked a bit ”scrabby”.

Hotel is very shady, and the rooms are even tinier than in the pictures. Cleaning only every third day, even though the rooms are for four people, which will leave very much dust and dirt in the room in that time. The point of booking a hotel room is gone when you can’t even depend on getting clean towels. The cleaning wasn’t even done properly the day the cleaning lady actually was here. No reception means having to call the poor lady who works here at all hours of the day, instead of just asking someone. Not worth your money at all.
