호텔 케이프 - 퀸타마르(Hotel Kaype - Quintamar)

Very disappointed!. We feel cheated. When looking to book, the picture shows the Kaype Hotel on the see front, BUT when booking the room, the room description comes up as Kaype - Quintamar which is NOT the same! After booking and paying the non refundable room rate, we got a email, saying not to expect a see view or balcony, as we were booked into the annex (this should have been explained before we booked).They make out it’s an annex at the rear of the hotel, but the reality it’s another hotel behind the Kaype Hotel with no views, a damp / musty smelling lobby, tatty stair carpets, tatty rooms, no one on reception, no on site parking (Reception and parking is at the Kaype Hotel) and for us, even worse, we were up in the loft space with no air conditioning and a low ceiling. Hit my head a number of times. We have been on a two were road trip and this is by far the worst hotel we have stayed at on this trip. I could go on, but the bottom line is scroll past this one and find a better hotel. 8 - 10 is not a fair reflection of this hotel. I would give it 5 - 10 and that’s only because of the location. Also could not get wifi in the attic room, but I guess that to stop anyone getting g on the internet and giving a bad review!

super beach front hotel on a small bay in Asturias - comfortable and good value

We stayed here traveling from Haro to Montforte de Lemos…nice stay, right on the ocean, close to Llanes town. pics do not do it justice! I would definitely stay again. That said, restaurant needs significant improvements for quality of service…food was average-one of the most amazing views. Rooms had twin beds, booked double.

Un hotel único las mejores vistas al mar de todo llanes. Siempre que visitamos llanes nos quedamos aquí. El desayunos espectacular con fruta de temporada, huevos revueltos, embutidos y con una gran variedad de productos. Todo genial hotel 100x100 recomendable.

Es un hotel muy sucio. El día 3 de marzo decidimos cambiarnos de hotel porque las sábanas estaban llenas de pelos, el cuarto tenía olor a trapo sucio y el servicio del personal no fue muy agradable. Sin embargo, las vistas del hotel son bonitas.

Las habitaciones limpias por poner una pega los colchones deberían revisarlos El desayuno mucha variedad y la cenas bien también Está un poco viejo si lo restauraran sería espectacular por el sitio que tiene y el entorno de resto de pueblos súper bonitos

Nos dieron la habitación con vistas a los tejados en un edificio anexo del que no teníamos conocimiento, sin control de acceso. Por demás, habitación amplia de estilo antiguo y gran cama. La ubicación del hotel invita a elegirlo y te queda un regusto algo amargo.

Vivo en la zona y el servicio tanto de las camereras y camareros tanto del Quntamar de los servicios de Hosteleria son excelentes excepto en un momento dado que tuve un pequeño percance sin mayor importancia con un camarero que hasta en tres veces se liaba y me daba el cambio de menos, pero no tiene ninguna importancia porque puedo exigir el ticket y contar el cambio. Por otro lado mi experiencia tanto en los establecimientos de hosteleria del Quintamar y del Kaype fueron excelentes.

El hotel de playa es cómodo por la cercanía al agua, las habitaciones necesitan mejorar para lo que cobran, la limpieza suficiente, el desayuno y la terraza a la orden de Nuria con Hugo, Roberto etc esta muy bien, atentos y profesionales, en el comedor no hay profesionalidad, el menú muy corto, muy bien cafetería y terraza. En recepción Safia bien, resto un poco antipáticos. Creo que volveré pero matizando algún punto.
