Super friendly staff, spotlessly clean hotel, and a good variety, plentiful supply of buffet breakfast and evening food. Some lovely touches eg very large bath sheet towels, welcome fizz followed by welcome water and biscuits in room, complimentary water bottles every day, evening turndown service. We don't consider this is a suitable hotel for babies or children due to the complete lack of facilities for kids, and extremely late evening meal time.

On the positive side the hotel serves Excellent food and the service is impeccable The Hotel sits a bit isolated from anywhere else therefore you are a captive audience There is No beach within walkable distance

Barcelo Nura provides the perfect balance between luxury and family-fun atmosphere. We recently stayed there for a family holiday and loved our experience. Our hotel room had a swim-up pool which our daughter loved. It gave us privacy when we wanted it but because there are several swimming pools on-site, we were also able to move around. The staff were very friendly, the rooms clean and wonderfully decorated and the food and drink were great a top standard. We wouldn't hesitate to go back

What can I say? The loveliest place my wife and I have ever stayed at. The staff. Delightful every one of them. Eager to help, chatty, friendly and so many spoke English (I feel bad I know no Spanish…..). The focus on quality service is clearly central to the culture of the place. Just lovely. Our room was great. We went all inclusive so it was a shame that whilst you could have what was in your fridge, you could only get it replenished by paying for it. Didn’t have much impact on us as we aren’t late night room drinkers. We had our own sun loungers, umbrella and small pool (shared with next door apartment). This is what made us book and it was great. Spent lots of time here and for four of our seven days we had no neighbours so pool was ours only. They only used it once when we were there. The whole resort vibe is quiet and chilled. If you want a wild time do not go here. For a week of relaxation and great food then this is for you. The food was brilliant. Plenty of choice but not ridiculous range of options with a focus instead on fewer - but plenty of - dishes that were high quality. I loved the fish and seafood. Fresh grilled razor shell clams, octopus leg, beautifully cooked hake. Lots of choice at breakfast as well as dinner. Lunch menu rather than buffet. Good lunches but some smaller snacks options would be good. Easy to eat healthy here too as such a good range of fresh fruit and salad, and well planned menu options to suit all tastes. The B-Heaven rooftop bar was fab. Go there for a magical sunset. Then relax with a drink and enjoy the nightly acts. We don’t usually go to see the entertainment but most of it was great. Chilled and great singers and musicians. Barcelo Nura never feels busy. Lovely pools and always easy to get a sun bed. We tried the indoor water circuit too which was fun and free. Great sauna. Five min walk to the sea and a rocky cove. We never ventured to the nearest beach which is meant to be lovely and is a 25 min walk away. All inclusive here includes breakfast and dinner and specified drinks (suited us, but May not suit all) and most things on the lunch and snacks menu. We have done a number of all inclusive holidays including all food and drinks but still preferred Barcelo Nura as the food was so good and the staff so great with a beautiful complex making you feel pampered. Nearly full capacity but felt quiet. Highly recommend for couples after a quiet break.

Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Resort, fünf div. Pools, Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr bequemes Bett! Buffett sehr abwechslungsreich von salzig bis süss, Idealer Urlaub für Relax und Strand Ferien. Kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben hier ein paar wirklich tolle Tage verbracht. Das Hotel liegt ruhig, in einer schönen - noch nicht so touristischen Ecke. Bereits bei der Begrüßung haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter*innen sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, das Hotel ist sehr neu und durch die vielen Pools wirkt es sehr großzügig … Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit einem Shared Pool - wirklich toll. Wir haben die Insel mit einem Mietwagen erkunden können - vom Hotel aus muss man meist immer über die Hauptstadt in alle Richtungen fahren. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, eine gute Auswahl - wir haben immer vor dem Frühstück noch Sport gemacht ; (Fitness, Stretching, Pilates) und sind dann auf die Terrasse zum frühstücken. Wir hatten Halbpension und demnach jeden Abend ein Abendessen im Buffet Form. Das Essen war auch hier sehr fein - es war manchmal nicht so ausgefallen bzw, geschmacklich hat ab und an etwas gefehlt aber insgesamt doch recht schmackhaft. Am Abend sind wir dann meist an die Bar - diese bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer - und den Sonnenuntergang. Die Drinks waren sehr gut und die Bedienung war immer freundlich. Wir Empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen selbst sicher wieder vorbei.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind top. Erhohlung pur. Salzwasserpools sehr schön und auch sehr sauber. Das Essen ist reichlich, abwechslungsreich und in sehr guter und frischer Qualität.

Ein wunderschönes stilvolles Hotel in der Nähe der Hauptstadt Mahon, auch unweit des Flughafens. Total ruhig und unweit des Meeres gelegen mit einer einmaligen Atmosphäre. Ein Mietauto ist hier von Vorteil, Parkplätze sind vor dem Hotel genügend vorhanden. Wir bewohnten eine großzügige Suite mit Balkon und hatten einen schönen Blick auf die Anlage und das Meer. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben sind das tolle Frühstück und am Abend das vielfältige Buffet. Wunderbar kleinteilig angerichtet, mit vielen Spezialitäten von der Insel. Auch das gesamte Team des Hotels ist klasse, wir waren rundweg begeistert von der super Gastfreundschaft! Herrlich auch die Bepflanzung der gesamten Anlage. Am Abend ein Absacker in der Heaven Bar und wir schliefen wunderbar im bequemen Bett. Eine Empfehlung besonders für Paare und alle die es gerne ruhiger mögen. Die Insel ist ebenso eine Reise wert.
