This hotel has some redeeming features. The access to the water slides and the food is good . The staff and customer service are terrible. My first night I arrived as a solo traveller with my 5 year old son . We were put in a room that was so loud the entertainment could have been in the room. We had a 3 am start and were both exhausted. The receptionist wasn’t interested and didn’t care . The waiting staff are just interested in clearing plates. One waiter dropped a glass . Chards of glass everywhere . He took quite a while to sweep it up , didn’t notify surrounding families with small children running around. This is unacceptable The room is average but the bed sheet was a very rough , scratchy cover and the air con was not great . It had no warmth or friendliness . The charge of 10 euros a towel sets a bad feeling too . I would not recommend this hotel or return.

Had previously stayed with kids in an apartment, this time as a solo traveller stayed in the hotel. Given wrong room (single when had paid supplement for a twin )on a arrival but rectified within 20 minutes of bringing this to TUI's attention, very good. Good size room, fridge,tea making facilities, safe, hairdryer nice balcony overlooking the pool. Cleaned regularly. Overall, very good. I was half board, like most hotels restaurant was like an upgraded canteen, I was ok with that as food choice was good. Staff excellent,plenty of sunbeds although would have liked more tables & chairs in the day time. One complaint is that soft drinks aren't included on half board so having obtained fizzy orange to have with meal, I was promptly approached and asked to pay 2 euros.. a bit mean Overall very good though

This is the worst hotel we have ever had the misfortune to stay at. Hundreds of indisciplined children running around, slopping food about in the so called restaurant that has cheap plastic chairs and is more like a works canteen. The rooms are tiny with hardly any storage space. No cupboards or drawers, just a small double wardrobe. The holiday from hell.

We have just returned from a week's holiday in this hotel, there were 9 of us in total age ranging from 18 months to 71. Pros - Hotel is spotless could not fault anywhere in the hotel, rooms are very clean and cleaners and staff are lovely and friendly, pools are lovely very cold when you first get in so be prepared lol, we spent most of our time at the waterpark in the day as the pools didn't seem quite as cold, food at the waterpark was lovely all included if you are all inclusive. Now unfortunately the Cons - Food very hit and miss we didn't eat much from the hotel as everything seems to taste the same, drinks were awful none of them had any taste at all, a vodka and coke and a rum and coke tasted exactly the same and we could not tell the difference between them, we chose to go out most nights so the all inclusive on this holiday was pointless as we had to eat and drink out, rooms are quite small and the beds in our room were very hard, shower head was broken we had to wedge our room card in it to keep it up so we could take a shower. Overall we had a lovely holiday as we explored quite a bit and found some lovely coves, just really missed walking down to the beach, would we return No but I would recommend the hotel to families with young children as it is excellent, it was just a little bit to quiet for us as not much to do outside of the hotel and not a lot of bars and restaurants.

Both my husband and myself visited the hotel in May 2024. 7 nights All Inclusive in a double room. The hotel is centrally located to Los Delphines with shops, bars and restaurants with a few minutes walk. We booked with Aquapark tickets included which is just across the the road from the hotel and is all inclusive for certain drinks and food. Our room was on the third floor (330). It was very clean and spacious. The balcony served a street/ side seaview. The balcony was small but enough space for two people. The bed was very comfy and had quilts. They had tea /coffee making facilities and a mini fridge with complementary water. The bathroom was spacious and had a bath with overhead shower. Plenty of hot water. The sink was clean and spacious and the toilet was clean. The wardrobe was big enough for all our clothes and the safe was straight forward to us (you have to pay extra for the safe). The reception was spacious and the staff were always happy to help. They offer late check out but you can always lock your luggage in a safe room if your on a later flight. The bar area was only open in the evening but was very spacious and clean. Plenty of seats inside and out. During the day, the pool bar served drinks from 10am. There are 2 main pools, a toddler pool and a mini aqua play park. Perfect for kids. There were plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The sun loungers were good quality and well maintained. There is a gym but I didn’t use it. The restaurant was spacious and clean. Can get busy at peak times. Plenty of choice of food and drink. The only moan from me is that due to our transfer being delayed. We arrived at the hotel at 930pm. The reception said that the restaurant was still open. When we went inside there was no food apart from some cheese and sliced meat. We asked for bread rolls but they didn’t have any. We could make a cup of tea or coffee. Luckily myself and my husband had eaten at the airport and were too tired to let it Spoil the start of our holiday. Would recommend the hotel set aside a few sandwiches etc for late arrivals. All in all it is a lovely hotel and perfect for families.

Honest review Could be a great family hotel but needing a little tweaking. 1. Not all inclusive (very misleading from Tui), only limited drinks on the all inclusive. 2. 60 euros for the room safe (if you don’t pay for a safe would management cover costs if things went missing) 3. A lot of the meats not cooked through. 4. Pool needs cleaning through the day as a residue builds up at the shallow end of the pool during the day. 5. Some of the entertainment team have an attitude towards the older children playing football, when the balls goes over into neighbouring villas or into entertainment the entertainment crew are quite nasty towards the children, easy solution put a net over the top to avoid this happening. There is not a lot for the older children to do as all the children’s entertainment is aimed for younger children. 6. Alcoholic drinks are tasteless and beer is disgusting. Not enough seating and tables for the evening entertainment. Rooms in need of updating. This could be a great little hotel. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star.

Just returned from a week away with my 4 year daughter, all inclusive. We had an amazing time, perfect location, close by to shops and restaurants. The inflatable park opposite the water park is great as well, as we had an afternoon of cloud and rain, my daughter loved it. The hotel was spotless, rooms cleaned to an excellent standard and the restaurant staff were really accommodating and kind. The waterpark is a great added feature with the hotel and it was really great to be able to mix it up throughout the week. They had an area for the children to play football, I would also recommend the excursion where you go to the zoo which is put in through tui, it is a great day out. One critique would be, the options for children are quite limited if you have a fussy eater. My daughter doesn’t eat much fish at all, and most of the time it was fish in the menu. Other than that, the food was really tasty and I really enjoyed it! I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Stayed for a week in may, had a very good time. The location to beaches and bars and local bus stops makes this hotel even better. Rooms and hotel was kept clean and well maintained. Food was good, had no complaints with anything. Would recommend.

Returned from a week in this hotel on all inclusive package in a 1 bed apartment. Hotel is in a good location with many bars and restaurants within 10 to 15 mins walk. Ate at the Masala Indian restaurant - excellent food and service. Beautiful small cove (Cala n'Brut) and small beach (Cala en Forcat) worth visiting both about 15 mins walk from hotel. Town of Ciutadella is 15 min bus ride - 1.70 euros per person - worth a trip. Market days Mon and Friday. Restaurant food was good. We normally would eat out at least 2 or 3 evenings even when on all inclusive and we only ate out 1 evening. Put on themed food evenings. We found the food more flavoursome than previous all inclusive hotels we've visited and a microwave was available as inevitably food goes cold at a buffet. Helpful smiling staff. Entertainment staff were very friendly and busy during the day hosting games and activities. Special shout out to Carina. We also enjoyed playing table tennis few times which was available anytime. Waterpark next door which was included for us had a lovely pool. Wouldn't call it a waterpark, more an extension of hotel pool with a few slides. There was just 4 slides plus smaller ones for children. Snack bar here did good burgers. Temperature cooler in the evenjng watching entertainment so need to cover up. At night quiet. Pool open 10am to 6pm so quiet first thing in morning too. All food is in the restaurant. Pool bar just does drinks. Overall had a lovely week. Was our anniversary week and hotel left a bottle of fizz in our room which was appreciated 😊
