마르센세스 파라다이스 클럽 호텔(MarSenses Paradise Club)

Stayed here so we could get to cuitedella. Bus is right opposite the hotel. It is very much a family orientated hotel, lots of babies and toddlers, but I must admit they were exceptionally well behaved so hats off to parents and grandparents. The hotel is extremely clean and well looked after. Nothing is too much for the staff. Pool side, sun beds plentiful and towels provided for loungers for a €10 deposit. Be aware the tourist tax is €46.20 for two people for the week. There is a small beach not too far away but sun loungers there are €18 per day. The sand is very fine but sea**** is not cleared. Food wise we didn’t rate it four star plus but there is enough to make a meal. The pizza is lovely and salads very fresh. Not a great selection for dessert but adequate. The room was very nice, cleaned every other day. Large balcony, would easily fit couple of loungers. You get a water flask that you can fill up at indoor and outdoor bars. We visited cuitedella three times and thoroughly enjoyed our experiences. You can take a walk to the lighthouse but unfortunately cannot go in unless having a meal. Right opposite the hotel is a shopping center selling whatever you may need. The port is just on the other side of the shopping mall and takes ten to fifteen minutes to walk around. Unfortunately no boat trips till 21st may. You can rent boats out between €250+ for the day if you are brave enough. A must to buy are the Menorca sandals, get them in cuitedella in the market at €16 otherwise you’re paying €34 to 44 a pair.

Would recommend this hotel 100 times over! The rooms are spacious and very modern, i was put in a downstairs 2 bedroom apar**ent which had an open balcony and i asked to be changed to upstairs as it was more secure and it was done within 5 minutes. Travel cot provided, they also had a baby bath which they gave me on request. There’s ac and a fan on the roof. Great entertainment for the kids, I didn’t participate in many activities for my son as he’s only 2 and the games were for older children so missed out on that aspect, but he thoroughly enjoyed the mini disco at night and the crew will make sure they socialise with the kids. The food was really nice and good quality, only downside would be that if you’re a picky eater you’ll live off pizza and chips or spaghetti bolognese. I did this but I’m not complaining as the pizza and bolognese was really good quality. They have a snack bar too for between meal times which serves burgers and hot dogs. They offer toasties too. The staff are constantly cleaning & they’re very good at keeping the pool and sun loungers clean. There was a lot of mixed reviews on here but I’m unsure why as I didn’t find any faults in the hotel.

The hotel is very well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They did an amazing job speaking English, French and Spanish to accommodate all their guests. The food was really good with a good selection whixh they changed regularly including themed nights, Indian, Chinese and Mexican. The Mexican food was particularly nice. The rooms are spacious, the only downside was the floor being dirty and our feet and socks were black bright from walking on them! They had clearly been swept but need a really good deep clean imo. The rooms were clean apart from that though. The meal times are late for us Brits, breakfast 745-930am, lunch 1-3pm and dinner 7-930pm. Which with a tired toddler is interesting! But we made it work. The splash park for the kids is great. The water depth meant our 3 year old could happily walk around in the water and go down all the slides. He really gained confidence in the water and even learnt to swim on his own with his armbands. The area is fairly small around with a lovely harbour with bars and restaurants. We didn't try any be it that we were all inclusive at the hotel. The beach is close to walk to and is picturesque, there is an 18€ charge for 2 sunbeds and parasol. There was a lot of palm leaves or some kind of sea**** washed up around the waters edge so we didn't go in the water as when you stepped on it you sank in it. I can only presume this was the time of year as other pictures I've seen on the beach did not show this. Overall we had a lovely time, our toddler had an amazing time. It is definitely a hotel to visit visit with kids.

We stayed self catering so cannot comment on the food and drink available. The welcome we received at reception was excellent. Although we did not interact a great deal with staff the impression was that they enjoyed their jobs. There were not a lot of children there due to time of year but there was entertainment for the little ones. The separate children's pool looked great fun. The appar**ent we had was spacious and clean. We would definitely return although I believe the self catering option may only be available out of high season. There are restaurants and bars very close by in the Marina.

Lovely hotel with well appointed rooms. Extensive breakfast buffet. Staff really polite and helpful throughout entire stay. Didn’t eat in the dining room that often at lunch or dinner as there were lots of nice options for dining around the marina so can’t really comment on the food. The all inclusive drinks package was excellent real estrella opposed to the usual watery all inclusive rubbish. Pool area was really nice with separate areas for kids. Only major downside was the air conditioning system had not been switched on yet and the rooms were too hot so you had to sleep with the balcony door open but were then disturbed by noise from traffic on the street and could pose a security problem if you were staying on the ground floor. Rooms were only serviced every second day which was fine but would have been good to have extra towels/ toilet paper available.

Our stay from start to finish was second to none would definitely be back soon it was our first time on the island

Amazing short getaway! Booked directly via the hotel website so automatically got complimentary premium all inclusive which included branded drinks like Bombay Sapphire, Jameson's, absolut vodka - usually €14pp per day so well worth booking direct! We also got to choose our exact room prior to arriving so we chose room 351 right at the end of the main complex so nice and quiet. The rooms were clean and modern and the house keeping staff were great. The staff around the hotel were amazing and all very friendly. We arrived 1st May so hotel entertainment had only just begun but we enjoyed activities like beer pong. The food selection in the restaurant and snack bar was good and replenished regularly. The weather wasn't boiling so not many people used the pool but there were lifeguards on duty all day so if anyone decided to take a dip they were being kept an eye on which is great despite it being quiet. There is a €10 cash deposit per pool towel but this wasn't an issue as we got this back at checkout. We did also take the public bus to Ciutadella de Menorca which was €4.10 for 2 people each way (cash only) and was a lovely day out. We have had a lovely stay and will definitely be returning to this hotel if we come back to Menorca 😊

Just back from a fantastic holiday. From the minute we arrived to our last day we were treated like VIP’s. A big special thanks and hugs to Daniel head of entertainment and his team. Daniel is the best and the hotel are lucky to have him working for them. Thank you Daniel for our cha cha dance together, loved every minute, you are soo talented and funny in every way. Without you there it would not have been so much fun, you run a great team of entertainers , missing you already. Also thank you Andre you are great, as are all the entertainment crew who work so hard to make you feel special. The sangria and paella on our last day was fabulous. A big thank you to Oscar who spent time with us on our first day making us feel very special and who was always there for us if we needed anything. All the staff were lovely and always had a smile on their faces. Missing you all. The VIP Golden Girls xxxx
