알루아선 라고 파크(AluaSun Lago Park)

First time visit to Menorca and it was lovely. Hotel was clean, the food we had was good. Only downfall was we were told pool didn't open till 11am but some people were in from 9am, not sure if this was because we were self catering and not half board. Free passes to the water park which is literally 3 mins walk was a great addition, not many water slides but the park itself is lovely. Hotel is in the centre so supermarket just over the road and all restaurants and pubs within 2mins walking.

Rooms cleaned every day. Basic rooms but clean and had most things you need. Hairdryers could do with upgrading and patio area could have been cleaned as bird poo was everywhere. Hotel is in great location everything on your door step nice pool area and good entertainment for children at night

Perfect location for a family getaway will definitely be returning next year good location surrounded by great restaurants

Entertainment staff were good with the kids, although the mini disco started a little later than expected. Bar staff were good, made sure we were happy. Cleaners kept popping in everyday for a good clean or top up of items Pool was perfect size. I would take the family back there if we went to menorca again

We arrived and were given the option to upgrade our room at a cost of 25 euros a night. This seemed reasonable and the idea of a marina view and sun beds on the terrace seemed great. However this was the worst decision we made. The upgraded rooms are right on the front and the night time noise was unbearable. We have a baby and a young child and none of us got any sleep at night. It’s fine if you can stay up all night then sleep all day but I feel that it should have been noted to us that the front rooms would be noisier. The hotel entertainment didn’t start until 9:45pm every night, and the noise from the marina of course went on all night. We felt that because we had paid for it there was no point in complaining as we would lose our money, plus would have to pack up all our stuff (and with a baby that’s a lot of stuff). Maybe we should have complained to see what they could have done but speaking to other people staying they said all rooms were noisy at night. By night 4 we were trying to find a reasonably priced alternative hotel but couldn’t find anything so stuck it out. Safe to say we went home shattered and needing another, much quieter holiday. Our room was clean, the facilities are basic but enough for self catering. The pool area is nice and there is lots of sun beds and the water park was great and quiet. The walk to the light house is nice early in the morning, and it’s handy having a few shops very close by to stock up on essentials. Hotel staff were friendly and responded to any questions, and the TUI reps were very helpful to us. The staff at the restaurants nearby were all very friendly and accommodating for children. If you have young children that need to sleep I wouldnt recommend this hotel. It would be better for couples or groups that like the nightlife side of a holiday. Also a note that you have to pay for a high chair if you want one in your apartment.

Rooms certainly need updating but the location was perfect and for the price we paid can't really quibble

Found this resort lacking Rooms cleanish Food poor same food not much choice All steps around resort Hard going even if fit Even harder with mobility issues The whole place could do with face lift reception seems to be only welcoming place Staff work hard do there best Slow with reporting problems Gave impression you were being a pain reporting them I wouldn’t recommend to friends If you want hen or stag this would be your place butlins in the sun

once again aluasun lagos park was again as good as it was last year , we could not believe the staff from reception, pool ,bar and housemaids remenbered us both , so pleased to see us again , so warm and welcoming , we even got the same apartment as last year . the weather was spot on . well done alausun Lagos park
